Summary  of  the  Role  We  are  looking  for  a  skilled  and  motivated  Project  Engineer  within  the  areas  of  Interior  Trim  (Door  panels,  Hard  pillar  trim,  Hard  sill  trim,  Head  lining,  Interior  light,  Carpets,  NVH  and  Luggage)  

Main  responsibilities
1.  As  Project  Engineer  you  will  manage  product  development  projects  towards  established  frames  regarding  technical  content,  time  plan,  and  budget.
2.  Ensure  technical  documentation  is  produced,  updated  and  released  according  to  plan.
3.  Lead  cross  functional  team  of  internal  and  external  (suppliers)  competences.
4.  Initiates  and  execute  decisions,  both  in  project  and  line  organisation,  when  deviations  occur.
5.  Ensure  that  the  product  is  validated  and  tested  according  to  quality  assurance  plan.

Qualifications  
1.  Bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering  and  minimum  3  years  experience  as  Automotive  or  Mechanical  engineer  within  the  engineering  area.  
2.  Experience  of  project  management/  engineering  in  at  least  one  of  the  following  climate  systems:
-  Hard  trim
-  Luggage
-  Surface  materials  such  as  plastics  and  aluminium.
3.  Minimum  2  years  of  automotive  experience,  working  for  an  OEM  or  supplier.
4.  Thorough  knowledge  of  engineering  techniques  associated  with  project  management.
5.  Knowledge  of  CAD/CAE  tools  utilized  in  automotive  engineering  incl  product  documentation.
6.  Experience  in  component/  subsystem  design  verification  process  and  test  planning/execution.
7.  Excellent  analytical,  problem  solving,  decision  making  and  communication  skills.
8.  Good  coaching  skills  to  help  other  team  members  in  solving  engineering  problems.
9.  Fluent  in  speaking,  presentation  and  written  communication  skills  in  English.
