Key  responsibilities
1.  As  Project  Engineer,  you  will  manage  product  development  projects  towards  established  frames  regarding  time  plan,  budget  and  technical  content.
2.  Ensure  technical  documentation  is  produced,  updated  an  released  according  to  plan.
3.  Lead  cross  functional  team  of  internal  and  external(suppliers)  competences.
4.  Initiates  and  execute  decisions,  both  in  project  and  line  organization,  when  deviations  occur.
5.  Ensure  that  the  product  is  validated  an  tested  according  to  quality  assurance  plan.
        
Key  Performance    Measurement    
1.  Thorough  knowledge  of  engineering  techniques  associated  with  project  management.
2.    Knowledge  of  CAD/CAE  tools  utilized  in  automotive  engineering.
3.  Excellent  analytical,  problem  solving,  decision  making  and  communication  skills.
4.  Good  coaching  skills  to  help  other  team  members  in  solving  engineering  problems.
5.  Fluent  in  speaking,  presentation  and  written  communication  skills  in  English.        
Academic  Qualifications  Required
Bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering        

Experience  Required
1.  Minimum  3  years  experience  as  automotive  or  mechanical  engineer  in  the  Interior  area.
2.  Experience  of  project  management/  Engineering  in  at  least  one  of  the  following  climate  system:
-  Seat  structures
-  Seat  foam  an  tophat
3.  Minimum  2  years  of  automotive  experience,  working  for  an  OEM  or  supplier.
4.  Experience  in  component/subsystem  design  verification  process  and  test  planning/edecution.
