职位描述

Department：PD  department

Director  Supervisor/Title：Mr.

Summary  of  the  Role：Providing  efficient  &  effective  support  to  the  VP  of  PD  department

Main  responsibilities：
·Assist  in  the  schedule  arrangement  for  the  VP,  as  well  as  travel  arrangement  and  cost  reimbursement.
·Responsible  for  planning  &  preparation  conferences  and  events  for  the  VP.
·Prepare  meeting  material  for  VP.
·Assist  in  preparation  of  internal  newsletter.
·Support  in  the  data  collection  for  presentation  &  reports  for  the  VP.
·Serve  as  recorder  and  prepare  minutes  for  meetings  of  the  VP.
·Facilitate  internal  and  external  communication  for  the  VP.
·Perform  other  related  duties  assigned  by  VP.
·Support  other  team  members  if  needed.
·Involve  in  various  department  projects.
·Be  the  main  driver  for  OD  implementation  in  VSM  assisting  VP.
·Back-up  to  other  assistant.

Qualifications：
·Excellent  interpersonal  skills.
·Good  in  communication  with  persons  on  different  levels.
·Team-spirited  and  initiative  in  work.
·Quick  response  and  result-oriented.
·Over  3  years  experiences  in  similar  positions.
·Good  oral  &  written  English
·Good  skills  in  Microsoft  office  tools，  proficient  in  PowerPoint,  Excel  and  Word

Experience  Required：
3+years
