Purpose  of  the  Position
Assists  the  Vehicle  Program  Manager  (VPM)  and/or
Vehicle  Line  Director  (VLD)  in  PS&VLM  China,  with  project  management  related  tasks  and  with  development  of  project  management  prerequisites  to  perform  a  Vehicle  Program  from  Pre-Program  Start  ()  to  Final  Status  Report  (),  securing  the  Program  deliverables.

Key  responsibilities
The  project  management  work  is  the  responsibility  of  the  Vehicle  Program  Manager  and  it  may  operationally  be  executed  through  the  Vehicle  Program  Coordinator  who  works  in  close  co-operation  with  both  the  commercial  and  the  technical  counterparts.
Reporting  responsibility
-  Report  to  Vehicle  Program  Manager
-  Reporting  forum  Vehicle  Program  Team  (VPT)
-  Prepare  reporting/decision  material  for  management  incl.  Gates/Milestones  and  reports  to  Program  Matters  Meeting  (PMM),  Product  Board  (PB)  and  VCC  Board.

Experience  Required
-  Experience  from  car  projects  and  project  management  
-  Documented  knowledge  in  GPDS  (deliverables,  processes  and  organization)
-  Knowledge  in  Lotus  Notes  and  Microsoft  Office
