The  Finance  department  has  the  multiple  responsibilities  of  accounting,  internal  control,  treasury/tax  and  financial  control  for  Volvo  China  operations.  As  a  dynamic  part  of  VCC  the  Finance  department  works  in  close  cooperation  with  all  functions  to  support  product  development,  marketing,  purchasing,  manufacturing  and  administration.    
          
Assignment/tasks  (Summary  of  the  Role)

?      Prepare  reports  to  assist  management  in  reviewing  of  actual  closings,  monthly  profit  forecast,  budget,  business  plan.
?      Provide  strong  financial  analysis  for  all  financial  related  aspects  of  Volvo  China  including  JV  operational  results  to  ensure  accuracy  of  financial  reports.
?      Understand  the  key  drivers  for  the  financial  results  of  industrial  operations  in  order  to  support  the  China  business  achieve  budget  targets  and  identify  opportunities  and  risks.
?      Analyze  and  verify  month-to-month/issue-to-issue/quarter-to-quarter/year-over-year  changes  of  profit,  and  identify  casual  factors  of  such  changes.  
?      Maintain  Profit  Matrix  in  database  and  make  sure  the  output  is  consistent  with  management  package.
?      Consolidate  and  update  all  financial  related  records/files.
?      Coordinate  with  upstream  and  downstream  departments  to  ensure  proper  flow  of  financial  information  and  documentation  to  profit  analysis.
?      Develop  efficient  business  model  to  support  China  product  program  study  and  implementation.
?      Coordinate  with  JVs'  Profit  Analysis,  Manufacturing  Analysis,  and  Product  Program  Finance  on  all  inputs  to  deliver  accurate  monthly  profit  forecast,  budget  and  business  plan."

?      Bachelor  degree  in  accounting/finance/economics.
?      5  plus  with  at  least  3  year's  financial  analysis  experience  in  multi-national  companies    
?      Plant  experience  is  a  plus.
?      Excellent  skill  of  Excel  and  PowerPoint.  
?      Fluent  English  speaking,  writing.
?      Detail-oriented,  logical/critical  thinking.
?      Good  at  time  management,  planning.
?      Proactive,  creative  and  aggressive.
?      Drive  for  result  with  good  communication  skill.
