At  least  4  years  of  progressive  responsibilities  within  IT.  Hands-on  experience  in  multiple  roles  across  the  spectrum  of  CAD  and/or  PDM  technologies.
Bachelor's  degree  or  equivalent  qualification  in  a  technical  discipline.
Master's  degree  work  in  a  related  technical  field  is  desirable.
Certified  in  Windows  client,  Windows  and  UNIX  servers,  UNIX  administration,  Oracle/SQL,Vbscript.
Good  technical  knowledge  in  Microsoft  client  and  Server  environment,  UNIX    administration,  Installation/operation/maintenance  of  applications,  servers  and  small    networks，Operation  of  business  critical  applications,  Oracle,  JAVA,  Teamcenter  ITK  programming.
Excellent  organizational  skills.  Able  to  build  up  team  spirit  and  can  motivate  team.  Can  communicate  &  work  across  organizations  and  with  all  levels  of  staff  and  management.
Able  to  work  efficiently  under  high  pressure.  Able  to  work  in  project  organizations  and  good  project  management  experience.
Good  oral/written  English.  Good  team  work  spirit.  Self-motivator  and  flexible.
  
  
  
  
Responsibilities  岗位工作职责
Support  CAD/PDM  technology  portfolio  including:  health  of  the  portfolio,  release  management,  change  control,  supporting  lifecycle,  consumption  management  and  capacity  demand  management.
Run  daily  operations:  monitoring  of  CAD/PDM  application  status,  run  batch  processes,  act  2nd  line  support,  act  proactive  to  secure  CAD/PDM  IT  environment  for  local  business.
Participate  in  local  and/or  global  project(s)  within  CAD/PDM  technology  portfolio  including  development,  integration  of  software  and/or  technologies  (purchased  or  in-house),  enhancements,  implementation  and/or  support.  Involved  in  IT  tactical  planning  and  CAD/PDM  technology  support.
Support  service  level  management  for  CAD/PDM  technology  portfolio  for  VCC  China  sites.  Ensure  that  appropriate  security  and  controls  are  instituted  (e.g.,  SCRP,  ACR,  audit  follow-up).Ensure  compliance  with  VCC  IT’s  architecture  standards.  Ensure  appropriate  use  of  VCC  IT  processes,  tools  and  methodologies.
Communicate  effectively  with  the  customer  on  a  day-to-day  basis.  Support  integrations  to  CAD/PDM  technology  portfolio,which  includes  Teamcenter  incl  subproducts,Catia  V5/  Catia  V4/  IDEAS,  Teamcenter  Visualisation,  Downstream  consumption  processes  and  VCC  legacy  connections.
Collaborates  with  other  VCC  IT  groups  to  reach  solutions  and  ensure  compliance  to  standards.  Interfaces  with  various  levels  of  management,  business  customers,  vendors  and  other  IT  groups.
Provides  input  to  budget  forecast  for  responsible  area  and  may  have  supervisory  responsibilities.
