About  the  Role

    

The  role  is  responsible  for  hardware  reliability  qualification  with  AMP  or  SPK  in  car  audio,  which  includes  to  study  customer  SPEC,  establish  the  test  plan,  execute  the  validation,  analysis  the  failure  and  report  the  result.

    


What  You  Will  Do

    

Analysis  customer  test  spec,  working  out  test  cost  estimation  and  human  resource  plan.

Creates,  updates  and  maintains  the  design  verification  plan  and  review  it  with  team.

Resolve  troubles  in  the  tests,  and  have  capability  to  identify  the  root  cause  is  from  specimen,  equipment  or  other  factors.

Manage  all  test  business  in  project  smoothly,  including  test  schedule  delay,  lab  resource  conflict  and  project  risk  highlight  if  it  is  related  within  test  area.

Prepare  and  publish  the  test  report.

                    

  

    

What  You  Need

    

Above  Bachelor’s  Degree  in  electrical,  mechanical  or  related  engineering  field

At  least  3  years  related  experience  in  automotive  electrical/mechanical  products  validation  area  for  major  OEM.

Failure  analysis  methodology  8D/A3.

Fluent  in  English  (written  &  verbal)  is  required.

Skilled  for  MS  Excel,  Power  point,  Word,  Project,  and  so  on.



    What  is  Nice  to  Have



    

Familiar  with  the  IEC  standard,  such  IEC,  ISO  and  automotive  customer  spec.

6  sigma  with  data  statistics  analysis  method.
