About  the  Role

Cybersecurity  Manager  will  be  overall  responsible  to  drive  and  manage  cybersecurity  life  cycle  for  AMP  program  development.
What  You  Will  Do

Plan  and  coordinate  Cybersecurity  activities  in  the  development  and  post-development  phase  of  cybersecurity  Life  Cycle
Develop  and  maintain  cybersecurity  plan  in  the  projects
Review  Cybersecurity  Interface  Agreement  for  Development  (CIAD)  with  the  customer  and  the  suppliers
Review  and  support  Threat  Analysis  and  Risk  Assessment
Analyze  customer  cybersecurity  requirements  and  support  definition  of  internal  cybersecurity  requirements  for  system,  hardware,  software,  and  post-development
Support  definition  of  cybersecurity  concept  in  the  project
Support  monitoring  of  cybersecurity  process  activities
Maintain  the  cybersecurity  case
Plan,  coordinate  and  contribute  to  cybersecurity  compliance  review  at  defined  Maturity  Gate,  cybersecurity  audits  and  assessments
Interface  with  the  customer  and  support  the  supplier  interface  on  cybersecurity  requirements  and  clarifications
Monitor  suppliers  for  distributed  cybersecurity  activities  agreed  in  the  CIAD
Report  the  progress  of  cybersecurity  lifecycle  to  management  team
Ensure  information  cybersecurity  in  usage  of  software  tools  utilized  by  the  project
Support  incident  response
What  You  Need

Bachelor/master  degree  with  5~8  years  or  above  engineering  experience  with  Cybersecurity  Engineering,  Architect  or  Management  in  relevant  fields
Deep  knowledge  of  modern  SDL  (Secure  Development  Lifecycle)  processes  and  methodologies.
Experience/Familiarity  with  Product  Development  Lifecycle  and  familiar  with  cybersecurity  analysis  methods  like  EVITA.
Competent  on  Automotive  Cybersecurity  Engineering  (ISO  21434)  and  TARA  methodologies
Familiar  with  vulnerability  analysis  tools
Knowledge  of  cryptography  application  in  automotive  ecosystem,  secure  coding  standards,  fuzzing  technology  in  embedded  system,  creation  of  project  cybersecurity  plan.
Skill  in  rules,  tools  and  methodologies  for  requirements  management,  configuration  management,  change  management,  risk  management.
Knowledge  of  process  reference  models  such  as  Automotive  SPICE?  and  IATF  16949
Good  communication  skill,  fluent  English  language.
What  is  Nice  to  Have

At  least  3  years  of  SW  development  experience  with  embedded  environments  in  state-of-the-art  programming  languages
Experience  with  security  testing  methods  and  tools  (pen-testing,  fuzz  testing,  functional  testing)
Experience  on  cybersecurity  policy  design  in  automotive  industry  is  plus.
