What  You  Will  Do

1.          Full  Process  development  for  new  project  ,from  RFQ  phase  to  SOP  phase

2.          Define  and  optimize  process  parameter  of  SMT  and  assembly  station.

3.          Conduct  ED  (Engineering  development),  DV  (Design  verification)  build  in  pilot  factory,  feedback  manufacturability  and  issues  to  R&D  team.

4.          Analyze  equipment  capacity  based  on  customer  forecast,  and  estimate  manufacturing  labor  cost  and  investment  for  potential  new  business.

5.          New  material  qualification  and  new  process  introduction

6.          Work  with  team  members  in  Europe  and  North  America  to  standardize  production  processes;  develop  and  implement  best  practices  in  production.



What  You  Need

1.          Education:  Bachelor  degree  in  Manufacturing  /  Industry  /  Electronic  /  Mechanical  Engineering  or  Equivalent.

2.          1  year+  experience  of  SMT  process  and  Final  assembly  process.

3.          Be  familiar  with  new  project  development  procedure  and  lean  manufacturing.

4.          Experience  with  DFM/DFA,  PFMEA,  Error  proofing,  SPC,  DOE  etc.

5.          Good  experience  in  ISO/TS16949  quality  system.

6.          Good  oral  and  written  English  ability
