This  position  will  have  global  responsibility  to  help  get  new  business  with  provide  manufacture  RFQ;  supported    with  region  AME  and  Plant  manufacturing  team    to  deliver  on  new  project  Sample  delivery,  New  process  development,  New  tester  development.  Additionally,  this  role  will  have  significant  focus  and  impact  on  project  initiatives  for  the  global  business.

1.              Perform  complete  planning  of  the  manufacturing  elements  of  new  product  introductions.

a.              Orgnize  team

b.              Work  with  team  to  finish  RFQ  in  time:  including  operation  process,cost.

c.                Generate  appropriate  schedules.    Work  with  process  engineers  to  complete  cost  calculations  to  optimize  the  balance  of  in-house  vs.  subcontracted  manufacturing.

d.              Prepare  target/actual  comparisons  with  regard  to  required  capacities  and  work  with  all  stakeholders  to  develop  investment  costs  and  production  times.

e.              Propose  design  changes  based  on  feedback  from  manufacturing  and  calculate  related  cost  savings.

2.              Manage  the  build

a.              Define  build  plan,Work  with  team  to  calculate  and  define  standard  times  based  on  ED,DV  build  qty  requirements  and  resources.

b.              Control  and  monitor  the  build,  React  as  needed  to  cover  any  delay  or  risk

c.                Delivery  sample  according  to  master  schedule

3.              Review  build  status,  lead  and  feedback  DFX  report,build  report  to  related  team

4.              Plan  Projects

a.              For  large-scale  projects,  verify  feasibility  of  production  given  forecast  demands  and  current  and  planned  production  capacities.    Ensure  that  any  necessary  adjustments  to  production  requirements  or  capacities  are  made,  with  participation  of  all  stakeholders.

b.              Assess  risk  with  regard  to  sheduling  and  cost.    Proactively  manage  the  risk.

c.                Assemble  and  lead  teams  as  required  to  accomplish  this.

5.              Manage  Projects

a.              Develop  schedules,  including  key  milestones,PE  and  TE  equipment  with  proper  process  setting.

b.              Perform  detailed  costing  and  budgeting  for  each  investment  item,  dividing  each  item  into  base  and  type-specific  costs

c.                Initiate  and  manage  the  approval  of  funds,  including  the  development  and  tracking  of  any  necessary  CAR  or  Project  approvals

d.              Track  project  performance  and  schedule.    Take  corrective  action  as  necessary.

e.              Ensure  compliance  with  commercial  and  technical  objectives.

f.                  Leading  transfer  to  target  plant

6.              Manage  Capital  Expenditures

a.              Work  with  local  and  global  team  members  to  develop  and  justify  capital  expenditure  proposals

b.              Monitor  and  report  on  capital  expenditures  at  the  plant  level  throughout  the  fiscal  year



Basic  Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Business  Administration,  Engineering  ,  Industrial  Relations  or  other  manufacturing-related  disciplines

2.    At  least  5+  years  of  related  project  management  experience.

3.    Ability  to  work  effectively  within  a  matrix  environment
