About  the  Role

        This    position  contribute  the  effort  in  defining  standard  and  driving  continuously    improvement  in  the  area  of  Standard  time,  Plant  Capacity,  Material  Flow,    5S/Visual  management,  Factory  layout.  At  the    same  time,  this  position  also  focus  on  setting  up  and  improving  lean    manufacturing  and  Harman  Production  System  related  workshop  standard.

    

What  You  Will  Do

Plan  and  improve  plant  layout,  including  but  not  limited  for  warehouse  and  production  area
Create  standard  time  for  manufacturing  process  and  lead  for  improvement
Capacity  planning  and  analysis  for  improvement
Implement  and  Improve  standard  work  process
Support  project  team  for  new  project  layout  design  and  standard  time  study
Delivery  industrial  engineering  related  training
Work  as  Production  process  local  BFO  (Business  Functional  Owner)  with  SAP  ERP  knowledge
Overall  manufacturing  material  and  information  flow  Improvement,  including  KANBAN  system  implementation
                                                                                                        

What  You  Need

Bachelor's  Degree  in  Manufacturing/  Industry/  Electronic/  Mechanical  Engineering  or  Equivalent
Minimum  5  years  related  IE  experience,  and  good  process  experience  on  SMT/  Electronic  Assembly,  Automotive  experience  is  preferred
Program  Development  Skill  is  preferred
Ability  to  work  independently  and  communicate  well  in  multi-cultural  environment
Good  analytical  and  presentation  skills
Result  oriented  and  good  time  management
Good  teamwork  and  willing  to  share  with  others
Experience  on  Auto  CAD,  SAP,  Minitab  and  MS  office  application  (incl.  Excel,  Power  Point,  etc.)
Good  spoken  and  written  English
What  is  Nice  to  Have

Program  Development  Skill  is  preferred
Six  Sigma  GB  Certificate
Automotive  experience  is  preferred
