What  You  Will  Do



1.          Work  with  advance  team  to  hand  over  new  project  and  work  with  global  site  to  transfer  the  project  to  local  site  on  testing  related  process,  equipment.

2.          Review  product  circuit  board  designs  for  testability  requirements,  review  test  equipment  design  feedback  lessons  learning  on  project  earlier  phase.

3.          Support  manufacturing  with  failure  analysis,  tester  debugging,  reduce  intermittent  failures  and  downtime  of  test  equipment.

4.          Collect  and  analyze  of  test  data,  continual  to  do  improvement  on  FPY  and  test  coverage  to  meet  requirement.

5.          Be  able  to  study  and  capable  for  line  of  business  application  creation  to  support  normal  continuous  improvement  process  necessary.

6.          Perform  semi-routine  technique  development  and  maintenance,  subject  to  establish  standards,  including  ISO  and  QS  development  standards.

7.          Provide  training  in  new  procedures  to  production  testing  staff.





What  You  Need

1.          Education:  Bachelor  degree  in  Manufacturing/  Industry/  Electronic/  Mechanical  Engineering  or  Equivalent.      

2.          Experience:  Five  years  or  more  experience  in  EMS  Electronic  manufacturing  as  Testing  Engineer.  Be  a  strong  communicator  and  excellent  team  builder.  Good  experience  in  testing  area.

3.          One  of  Labview/TestStand,  C#  or  VB  programming  experience
