2、Maintain  and  continuous  improvement  to  existing  production  lines,  keep  qualified  parts  producing维护并不断改进现有生产线，保证生产合格零件。
2.1Quick  responding  to  production  quality  problems  resolving
对生产质量问题做出快速反应，并加以解决。
2.2Manufacturing  system  continuous  improvements  to  improve  productivity  and  reduce  manufacturing  cost,  make  products  as  competitive  level.
不断改进制造系统，提高生产效率和降低制造成本，使产品达到具有竞争力的水平。
2.3Support  maintenance  group  to  get  the  machine  problems  resolved  quickly
支持维修小组快速解决设备问题。
3、Plant  Produce  Information  Management  工厂产品信息管理。
3.1Responsible  for  factory  ECR/ECO,  organize  the  core  team  follow  ECO  status,  organize  the  whole  process  of  trial  installation  and  change;
负责工厂变更管理，组织core  team每周讨论变更进度，组织试装和切换的全流程；
3.2As  the  engineering  interface  person,  responsible  for  communicating  with  the  customer  engineering  department  and  the  Shanghai  office  engineering  department,  receiving  and  maintaining  the  project  documents  (BOM,  2D/3D  Drawing,  ADVP,  etc.)  of  the  mass  production  project,  and  continuous  updating  of  the  plant  engineering  data;
作为工程接口人，负责与客户工程部门、上海办工程部门进行沟通，接收、维护量产项目的工程文件（BOM、2D/3D  Drawing、实验大纲等），保持工厂工程数据的持续更新；
3.3  Familiar  with  ECR/ECO  change  flow,  lead  ECR/ECO  process  will  be  better.
熟悉ECR/ECO变更流程，牵头变更实施更好。
3.4  Responsible  for  annual  change  of  mass  production  projects,  updating  engineering  data,  supporting  PPAP  document  signing  (3660,  GD&T  drawings,  IMDS,  sub-supplier  list,  etc.).
负责量产项目的年型切换，更新工程数据，支持PPAP文件签署（3660、GD&T图纸、IMDS、分供方清单等）。
3.5Support  for  process  quality  or  after-sales  issues  due  to  design  issues,  providing  solutions  and  quotations.支持由于设计问题导致的过程质量或售后问题，提供解决方案和报价。
