1.Manage  the  day  to  day  running  of  section,  the  work  planning  and  the  communication  with  the  customer.
2.Work  as  part  of  the  Design  and  Development  team,  developing  complete  seats  and  components.
3.Coordinate  the  input  of  data  into  computer.
4.Use  Faurecia  tools  to  manage  and  control  the  section.
5.Produce  BOMs  of  complete  seats  and  component  assemblies.  Check  and  approve  Change  control  documents  and  DFMEA.
6.Work  with  all  sections  of  our  business  and  suppliers  to  ensure  accurate  data  and  information  transfer  is  achieved.
7.Participate  to  meetings  with  the  customers,  the  program  team  and  the  suppliers.
8.Ensure  the  approval  of  development  according  to  functional  risk  and  operations.
9.Ensure  the  financial  feasibilities  of  the  development.
10.Observe  the  code  of  ethics  and  management  ,  understand  the  Being  Faurecia  idea  deeply  and  transmit  it  to  the  staff
11.Comply  with  the  internal  control  regulations  of  this  position
Qualifications
12.Bachelor  degree  in  Mechanical  Engineer
13.Calculation  basis  (  material  constrain  +  functional  dimension)
14.Automotive  regulation  (SR)
15.Practice  of  professional  English  :  Fluent
16.Good  practice  of  Catia  4.1  and  have  basic  knowledge  of  computer  systems
17.Experience  of  team  management  is  a  plus
