Description :
The role of a Reporting & Compensation Supervisor is to analyze and deploy labor cost, reporting and C&B strategies to meet organization objectives and needs. The main missions of the role are to:
1.Morniotoring HR related cost and Headcount information are well tracked ,ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
2.Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in the development of Compensation & Benefits policies.
3.Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.
4.Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Faurecia's job grading is properly used.
5.Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.
6.Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.
7.Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
2. 5 years Reporting, Compensation & Benefits working knowledge
3.Familiar with Faureica HR Information and Payroll systems, as well as MS office
4.Ability to draw and use statistics
5.nternational mind set & strong leadership, able to manage 1-2 team memebers
6.Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
7.Minimun bi-lingual (English required)
