1.  Program  Management
1)  Create  "Program  Management  culture"  by  ensuring  processes  defined  in  the  Faurecia  Program  Management  System  (PMS)  are  applied  at  all  steps,  and  by  developing  synergies  between  all  actors  involved  in  the  program.
2)  Support  the  program  management  team  to  guarantee  customer  satisfaction  and  the  achievement  of  projects  performance.
3)  Ensure  smooth  program  transfer  from  Development  Centre  to  Production  Plant
2.  Maintain  the  definition/  concept  for  the  pointed  production  system
1)  Maintain  the  product  definition  by  interface  with  design  dept.  and  customers,  take  the  lead  for  CS  product  development  as  window  to  SH  engineering  function，Assist  the  industrialization  of  new  product
2)  Provide  the  technical  support  to  production,  logistic,  quality,  purchasing&  Sales  etc.  Dept.
3)  Evaluate  the  ECR/ECO  change  from  customer/internal/suppliers  to  assist  the  management  of  production  change.
3.  Plant  readiness  to  launch  program/Series  production
1)  Build  the  plant  annual  CAPEX;  and  ensure  their  application  in  control
2)  Define/update  plant  layout  to  support  new  products  launch  in  line  and  SOP  manufacture
3)  Support  production  in  the  start  of  new  processes/project,  select  suitable  facility  to  lead  the  installation/adjustment/acceptation  process  of  equipments/tooling/jigs.
4)  Define/improve  production  process  and  material  feeding,  and  select  suitable  facility  to  ensure  a  industrial  successful  SOP
5)  Organize  to  employ  HOSHIN  to  improve  environment/safety  in  site  and  optimize  the  flow  of  manufacture  techniques  and  logistic.
6)  The  selection  of  process’s  special  characteristics  and  capacity  analysis.
7)  Determine  and  provide  the  resources  of  process  design  and  development.
8)  ME  manager  is  the  owner  of  Launch  Readiness  process  in  QMS
4.  Assure  daily  maintenance
1)  Be  part  of  the  procurement  of  new  equipment  to  assure  manufacturing,  maintainability,  and  Health,  Safety  &  Environmental  and  requirements  are  met
2)  Contribute,  in  liaison  with  the  Manufacturing  Engineering  Department,  to  define  technical  specifications  for  new  equipment  and  alterations  on  existing  equipment  and  facilities
3)  Direct  and  coordinate  both  repair  and  preventive  maintenance  requirements  for  all  manufacturing  equipment
4)  Support  continuous  improvement  efforts:  propose  and  implement  continuous  productivity,  efficiency  and  quality  improvement  actions  for  all  facilities
5)  Support  the  development  of  target  Material  &  Information  Flow  Analysis  (MIFA)  and  plant  layout
6)  Develop  capital  budget  requirements  to  adhere  to  established  facilities  standards
7)  Define  and  monitor  quality,  cost  and  delivery  objectives  given  to  external  companies  when  intervening  subcontracting,  ordinary  and  major  maintenance  actions,  energy,  security  systems.
8)  Manage  the  spare  parts  and  consumables  warehouse
9)  Recommend  safety  policies  and  assure  safety/legal  controls  are  tested  and  reliable
10)  Be  responsible  for  the  computer  aided  maintenance  management  system
11)  Coordinate  and  manage  the  maintenance  team
12)  Ensure  the  continuous  development  and  coaching  of  maintenance  technicians  and  engineers
13)  Equipment  Care  Manager  is  the  owner  of  equipment  Care  process  in  QMS
5.  Team  Management
1)  Lead  the  maintenance  team,  ME  team  and  set  and  execute  the  objectives
2)  Ensure  staffing,  training,  and  development  of  team  members.
3)  Ensure  the  deployment  of  the  Employee  Empowerment  tools  (monthly  meeting,  improvement  ideas,  autonomous  groups…)
4)  Supervise  day  to  day  activities.
6.  Others  and  Specific  Missions
1)  Ensure  full  respect  of  HSE  rules  and  regulations,  drive  improvement  of  working  conditions  and  ergonomics
2)  Organize  for  implement  PSE  training
3)  Ensure  transparent  timely  communication  with  the  Plant  Manager  and  other  Dept  Managers
4)  Manage,  Coaching  and  training  of  program/engineering/ME  team
5)  Replace  other  staff’s  job  when  he/she  is  absent  or  busy
6)  Others  temporary  job  given  by  Line  Manager
7)  Manage  finance\resource  issues  of  the  company  within  authorized  scope  according  to  the  Management  standard.
7.  Ensure  full  respect  of  Code  of  ethics  &  Code  of  management\  Rules  and  Regulations  \Values\Employee  handbook  of  the  company.
8.  Ensure  the  safety  of  all  machines  and  facility.
9.  Cooperate  with  IATF16949&  ISO14001  &  ISO  45001system  and  FES  operation  system  implement  in  plant.
