？  Good  Project  management  skill  on  planning  and  risk  assessment  etc.

？  Good  technical  background  in  EE  Integration,  EE  function  test  or  system  development  experience  is  preferred.

b.  Required  Education  &  Experience  /  教育背景及工作经验

At  least  3  years  project/integration  management  experiences  in  OEMs,  system  suppliers,  or  relative  vehicle  Design  Company.  

至少3年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的项目/集成管理经验。

？  Bachelor  or  master  degree  in  electrical  engineering,  automation,  vehicle  engineering.  

电气工程,  自动化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士。

Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责

？  Report  to  line  leader,  and  get  task  from  arrangement  finish  with  good  result.  

？  向直属领导汇报，接受工作安排并完成相关工作。

？  You  job  will  be:

？  Overall  manage  EE  integration  topics  to  secure  project  deliverables

？  牵头管理电子电气集成话题确保项目交付

？  Create  integration  plan  according  to  the  project  master  schedule

？  基于项目开发计划制定电子电气集成计划

？  Create  function  Implementation  plan  for  running  projects

？  针对运行项目制定功能基线计划

？  Lead  communication  with  component  teams  for  function  delivery  plan

？  牵头与零部件开发团队确认功能交付计划

？  Identify  the  change  contents  for  each  function  release  steps

？  识别每一轮功能发布所涉及的变更内容

？  Work  with  test  team  to  control  overall  test  progress  

？  与测试团队合作管控整体测试进度

？  Identify  risks  and  create  integration  report

？  识别风险并创建集成报告

？  Lead  regular  meeting  related  EE  integration  topics

？  负责电子电气集成话题相关的会议

？  Interface  to  PM  team  for  EE  integration  topics
