Qualification

-  Experienced  engineer  in  the  field  of  production  engineering  automotive，especially  in  general  assembly  process;

-Good  automotive  and  general  assembly  knowledge,  at  least  one  complete  project  in  the  field  of  automotive  simultaneous  engineering  and  process  planning  as  well  as  joining  technologies;

-  Ability  to  do  simulation  for  assembly  analysis  with  the  software  such  as  CATIA/TC…

-  Good  communication  skills  in  English;

-  High  degree  of  personal  responsibility  communication,  willingness  to  worldwide  travel.

任职资格：

-  拥有在汽车行业制造领域的工作经验，尤其是总装工艺方面；

-  对汽车结构和制造工艺熟悉，至少拥有一个总装同步工程和工艺规划完整项目经验；

-  能够使用CATIA或TC等软件进行模拟装配分析；

-  英语沟通能力良好；

-  良好的沟通能力，可以接受出差。



Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责

-General  assembly  simultaneous  engineering  for  new  models  according  to  project  requirement,  evaluate  design  schemes,  raise  problems  and  suggestions  for  improvement,  and  promote  problem  solving;

-  Interface  between  technical  development  and  production;

-  Manufacturing  feasibility  analysis,  tooling  and  ergonomic  analysis  and  simulation;

-  Planning  of  production  processes  and  assembly  sequence  analysis;

-  Cycle  feasibility  analysis  and  line  balance  management,  propose  process  optimization  plan;

-  Delivery  management  (process  plan  and  process  documents).

工作职责：

-  根据项目需求进行新车型的总装同步工程开发工作，评估设计方案，提出问题和改进建议，推动问题解决；

-  负责产品开发和工厂制造问题的协调；

-  制造可行性分析，工具和人机工程分析与仿真；

-  总装工艺规划和装配顺序分析；

-  节拍可行性分析与线平衡管理，提出工厂优化方案；

-  交付物管理（工艺方案和工艺文件）。
