Bachelor's  Degree  or  above  in  Mechanical  Engineering  or  Automotive.                                                                                    
学历要求：机械工程或车辆工程本科及以上。                                                                                                                    
Working  years:  More  than  3  years  of  damper\spring\ARB\bump  stoper  development  experience.                                            
工作年限：  3年以上减震器、弹簧、稳定杆、缓冲块开发经验。                                                                                                                            
Familiar  with  CATIA    and  other  related  CAD  software;                                                                                                                              
熟悉掌握CATIA等相关CAD软件。
Proficient  in  daily  office  software  such  as  Office;                                                                                                                                    
  熟练使用office等日常办公软件。                                                                                                                                                        
Good  communication  skills  in  English                                                                                                                                                                        
良好的英语沟通能力。    
Have  better  practical  ability,  serious  and  responsible  work.

Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责  
Responsible  for  suspension  system  chassis  tuning  related  parts：  damper\spring\ARB\Bump  stopper\definition  and  check.                                              
负责悬架系统底盘调校相关零部件：减震器、弹簧、稳定杆、缓冲块的布置匹配及校核。

Responsible  for  tuning  part  benchmark  analysis  and  set  up  database.                                                                                

负责悬架系统调校相关零件对标分析；建立相应数据库。

Responsible  for  component  development  requirement  of  chassis  tuning  parts,  support  supplier  technical  review  and  support  part  nomination.                                                                                                        

制定调校相关零部件开发要求，支持供应商技术评审，支持完成零件定点。

Responsible  for  tuning  parts  3D  data  and  2D  drawing  release.                                                                

负责调校相关零件的3D数模及2D图纸发布。

Responsible  for  tuning  parts  supplier  management,  DVP  validation  plan  and  responsible  for  engineering  approval  based  on  part  development  requirement.                                                                                                                                    

负责调校件供应商管理，根据零件开发要求，负责制定悬架各零件试验计划及零件的工程认可。

Responsible  for  vehicle  launch  support  and  solve  suspension  system  related  issues.                              

负责支持项目各阶段生产线造车，解决相关的造车问题。

Complete  the  other  tasks  request  by  superior
