Qualification  and  Skills  demanded  for  this  Position


University  degree  in  the  field  of  production  engineering  automotive,  mechanical  engineering  or  apprenticeship  as  tool  maker,  die  designer  or  Stamping
Several  years  of  work  professional  experience  of  as  Tool  maker,  Method  planer,  Die  Designer  or  project  manager  in  OEM  industry
Profound  knowledge  in  tool  manufacturing,  Stamping,  method  planning,  Die  Design  or  tool  maker
Knowledge  of  the  automotive  industry  is  desirable
Experience  with  CAD  Systems  such  as  AutoForm  R6  &  CATIA  V5,  Siemens-  NX  or  UG

Willingness  to  travel  national  and  international
High  level  of  personal  responsibility  and  good  communication  /  spoken  skills  working  for  Team  work  and  customer  communication
Good  English  language  skills  in  written  and  spoken  are  mandatory,  German  language  skills  are  a  plus
Microsoft  office


  Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility

Status  checking  and  evaluating  of  stamping  and  forming  tools  according  customer  delivery  plan,  Milestone  plan  on  site  at  the  local  tool  shops
Planning  and  tracking  of  progress  during  tool  production,  checking  and  evaluation  the  part  quality,  Die  quality  and  condition  of  the  Tools.  Support  during  tool  production  to  analyze  root  cause  for  defective  tool  or  part  quality  like  issue  waves,  wrinkle,  trim  burr  and  support  to  solve  defects  in  escalation  meetings
Responsibility  of  tracking  the  project  milestone  plan,  action  plans  and  making  sure  the  project  progress  meets  the  plan,  reporting  to  customer
Execution  of  dynamic  and  static  tool  buy  off  on  site  at  Tool  shops
General  supplier  and  tool  shop  evaluation  and  evaluation  of  time  schedules,  method  plans  and  tool  construction  with  the  technical  departments  of  the  customers
Defining  flaws  of  the  quality  of  the  tools,  aligning  plans  how  to  correct  them  and  creation  of  documentation  of  the  flaws  for  example  of  the  surface  quality,  Die  cast  defects  or  the  part  dimensions  tolerance
Evaluation  of  part  quality,  CMM  measure  reports  and  scan  reports
Knowledge  in  forming  aluminum  and  high-strength  sheet  metal
Valuation  and  checking  of  Tooling  BOM-  list  /  Stocklist
