Experience  in  development  of  IP  or  CC  or  DP  or  Headliner  or  Seat  or  pillar  trim  and  components  ,Knowledge  of  automotive  development  processes  and  standards,  Ford  related  experience  preferred
·              Delivery  focused,  with  a  demonstrable  track  record  of  on-time  delivery

·              Self-motivated  to  deliver  excellence  and  perform  beyond  targets

·              Strong  communication  skills  through  all  mediums

·              Good  organizational  skills  and  ability  to  project  manage  design  tasks  both  internally  and  with  the  supplier(s)

·              Open-minded,  with  the  ability  to  deal  with  flexible  and  agile  project  culture  even  beyond  the  personal  comfort  zone

·              Solution-oriented,  with  the  ability  of  assured  dealing  with  uncertainties  (twilight  zones)



b.  Required  Education  &  Experience  /  教育背景及工作经验

·              Degree  in  the  module-specific  field  of  study  or  equivalent  qualification  and  at  least  5  years  of  professional  experience

·              Secure  use  of  common  CAD  systems  (Catia  V5/6  or  Siemens  NX)  and  CAD  databases  (e.g.  Teamcenter),  E/E  databases  (such  as  Doors,  ...),  Vector  tool  chain,  MS  Office

·              You  convince  in  the  team  by  a  high  readiness  for  action  as  well  as  by  a  pronounced  flexibility  and  a  quality-conscious  working  method

·              Very  good  technical  understanding  is  an  advantage  if  you  have  knowledge  of  module-specific  components.  This  applies  to  concept  and  prototype  creation  as  well  as  to  series  development.

·              Good  language  skills  and  communication  in  German  or  English  including  technical  vocabulary




Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责

Project  execution
Achieve  the  related  technical  documents;
Planning  for  testing  &  validation  and  analysis  of  problem,  solution,  release  and  freigabe  for  the  related  parts;
Communication  and  coordination  between  the  different  department,  follow-up  the  modification  (MP);
Supplier  management.
