·              Degree  in  the  module-specific  field  of  study  or  equivalent  qualification  and  at  least  5  years  of  professional  experience

·              Secure  use  of  common  CAD  systems  (Catia  V5/6)  and  CAD  databases  (e.g.  Teamcenter),  E/E  databases  (such  as  Doors,  ...),  Vector  tool  chain,  MS  Office

·              You  convince  in  the  team  by  a  high  readiness  for  action  as  well  as  by  a  pronounced  flexibility  and  a  quality-conscious  working  method

·              Very  good  technical  understanding  is  an  advantage  if  you  have  knowledge  of  module-specific  components.  This  applies  to  concept  and  prototype  creation  as  well  as  to  series  development.

·              Good  language  skills  and  communication  in  German  or  English  including  technical  vocabulary


  Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责

·              Supervision  for  the  components

·              Steering  of  suppliers

·              Develop  (incl.  CAx  data  provision),  merge  (properties,  costs,  weight,  quality,  target),  validate,  release  and  homologate  of  all  components  /  assembly  /  systems  of  the  module  scope  of  organization  and  responsibility.  Possibly  including  relating  vehicle  specific  adaption  content  (building  kit)  and  tools  up  to  end  of  production  (EOP);  simultaneous  and  interdepartmental

·              Call  and  keep-up  of  lawful  service  provision  (working  methods,  product,  country  approval  etc.)

·              Develop  and  rate  of  cross-department  concept  alternatives,  possibly  including  external-  and  internal  production  scenarios

·              Leading  of  the  SE-team,  agenda  based,  incl  mediation  and  de-escalation  within  the  team

·              Detect,  align  and  document  the  targets  and  requirements  within  the  SE-team  in  cooperation  with  the  module  leader

·              Integration  of  Quality,  Buyer  and  Manufacturing  to  the  SE-team

·              Lead  and  execute  the  concept  plausibility  checks  requested  by  the  module  leader  or  zone  manager

·              Initiate,  document  and  carry  out  component-related  change  management,  maturity  management,  risk  assessments  etc.  in  the  SE-team,  taking  into  account  the  project  and  integration  milestones  (E/E  integration  stages,  "virtual  vehicle",  hardware  assemblies  etc.)

·              Adherence  to  common  working  methods,  statements,  etc.,  including  the  development  of  synergies  (product  and  process)  between  all  projects

·              Responsibility  for  prototype  setups  incl.  parts  supply  for  constructions  (according  to  project  RASIC)

·              Contact  person  for  the  responsible  component/system  to  all  relevant  areas

·              Creation  of  drawings  in  accordance  with  standards  and  support  of  the  CAD  release  process;  collaboration  in  the  creation  of  parts  lists

·              Ensuring  the  constructive  implementation  of  the  concepts  from  the  point  of  view  of  material/tool-suitable  and  EE-relevant  component  design

·              Conception  and  design  of  components  or  assemblies  under  consideration  of  functional  aspects  (ergonomics,  production,  assembly,  ...)

·              Documentation  and  presentation  of  development  results  including  a  continuous  status  for  goal  achievement  and  design  /  development  completion  forecasts  in  the  context  of  project  and  design  reviews  as  well  as  for  customer  committees  (management)

·              Control  of  system  suppliers  and  development  partners  for  efficient  project  management  and  risk  minimization

·              Responsibility  for  the  results  (function,  deadline,  costs  -  internal  and  cross-departmental)  in  accordance  with  specifications  and  customer  requirements

·              Responsible  for  coordination  with  adjacent  and  downstream  departments,  attributes  and  system  suppliers.  This  may  also  include  stays  at  the  OEM/system  supplier  at  home  and  abroad.

·              Demanding,  taking  note,  testing  alternative  concepts  from  benchmark/competition  analysis  etc.  (product  and  process)  and  their  implementation

·              Use  of  escalation  levels  as  well  as  requesting  support  and  decisions  from  the  project  management  and  the  module  leader
