Responsible  climate  controller  system  development

.  Required  Education  &  Experience  /  教育背景及工作经验

·  Bachelor  degree  or  above.

·  Electrical,  electronics,  automotive  or  related  majority.

·  At  least  3  years’  experience  on  light  development  area

·  Work  experience  in  OEM  or  Tier-one  supplier  is  preferred.

·  Have  the  Head  lamp  development  experience  preferred.

·  Good  knowledge  of  light  development  process  and  Test  validation

·  Good  MS  office  skills:  excel,  word,  power  point,  etc...

·  Supplier  management  experience.

·  Self-motivation,  open  mind,  good  planning  skills,  good  communication  skills.

·  Good  English

Work  location:  Shanghai

Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责
·  Project  management,  Supplier  management,  AQPQ,  Part  audit,  reporting.

·  Lamp  system  development  and  localization.

·  Responsible  for  vehicle  Lamp  system,  Front  Lamp,  Rear  Lamp,  Interior  Ambient  lamp  development

·  As  the  project  leader,  mainly  aiming  at  the  tasks  in  the  scheme  stage,  coordinating  the  resources  of  all  parties  and  promoting  the  delivery  of  lamp  design  projects;

·  Responsible  for  the  implementation  of  the  overall  scheme  of  lamps,  including  structural  design,  electrical,  thermal  and  optical  function  matching  and  problem  solving;

·  In  the  detail  design  stage,  check  the  implementation  of  the  scheme  stage;

·  Prepare  relevant  documents  and  reports.

·  Good  teamwork,  but  also  independent  working  abilities  and  self  motivated.
