岗位职责：
1．负责跟踪并管理供应商汽车项目的时间表；2．提高供应商的质量标准使其达到原始设备制造商的质量要求；3．定期地进行供应商现场审核；4.  运用项目管理知识和质量管理知识和工具，对进入SOP工艺开发之后的3个月进行后续跟踪；5．提交项目状态的文件；6．初始样品的验收；7．执行其他指派的相关任务。1.  Responsible  for  tracing  and  managing  the  milestones  of  the  car  project  with  supplier;2.  Improving  supplier  quality  standard  for  meeting  the  quality  requirement  of  the  OEM;3.  Regular  supplier  on-site  audit;4.  Follow-up  all  the  process  development  until  3  months  after  SOP  by  using  project  management  knowledge  and  quality  knowledge  and  tools;5.  Documentation  of  project  status;  6.  Initial  samples’  acceptance;7.  Performs  other  related  duties  as  assigned.

任职资格的具体描述：
1．汽车工程、工程类及其他相关专业本科以上学历；
2．有质量管理经验，有OEM工作经验者优先；
3．具备技术能力（例如机械、电子等）；
4．熟悉工艺开发和质量工具（例如性能研究）；
5．有ISO  TS相关知识者优先；
6．有项目管理经验；
7．较强的沟通交流能力，善于人际交往；
8．流利的英语听说读写能力，懂德语或法语者优先；
9．能够适应出差；

1.  Bachelor  Degree  or  above  in  automotive  engineering,  engineering  or  other  related  field;
2.  Experience  of  quality  management,  ideal  experience  at  OEM;
3.  Technical  competences  (ie:  mechanical,  electronic…)
4.  Knowledge  of  process  development  and  quality  tools  (ie:  capability  studies);
5.  ISO  TS  knowledge  is  a  plus;
6.  Experience  of  project  management;
7.  Strong  communication  skills  and  high  motivation  dealing  with  people;
8.  Fluent  in  both  spoken  and  written  English,  German  or  French  is  a  plus;
9.  Flexibility  on  travelling;
