岗位职责：
1.Implementation,  maintenance  and  improvement  of  Quality  and  Environmental  Management  systems    
2.Lead  of  the  staff  to  secure  compliance  and  consistency  of  Quality  Management  System  and  quality  control  processes.  
3.Take  the  responsibility  of  all  related  QM-/  QC-processes  to  secure  the  required  product  quality  
4.Lead/support  investigation  and  resolution  of  customer  quality  concerns  
5.Quality  tools  and  methods  implementation  
6.Be  responsible  for  internal  and  external  (Suppliers  and  customers)  audits.  
7.Coordinate,  support,  implement  and  follow  up  of  Continuous  Quality  Improvement  projects  and  processes.

任职资格的具体描述：
1.Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  Engineering  
2.Minimum  5  years  quality  experience  in  a  manufacturing  company.  Experience  in  international  automotive  supplier  and  experiences  on  stamping  process  are  desirable.    
3.Rich  experiences  on  mass  production  quality  control.  Good  knowledge  about  measurement  tools    like  CMM,  metallagrapy  inspection.    
4.Auditor  qualification  ISO  TS  16949  and  ISO  14001.  
5.Demonstrated  experience  with  applying  quality  tools  and  techniques  (SPC,  Control  Plans,  PFMEA,  PPAP,  DOE,  APQP,  sampling  plans,  system  auditing,  and  corrective  actions)  
6.Proficient  in  Microsoft  Office  applications  and  demonstrated  use  of  ERP  system,  SAP  will  be  a  plus.  
7.Excellent  in  spoken  and  written  English
