1、OM457  engine  quality  management
OM457发动机质量管理

Planning  and  structuring  of  the  engine  QM  production  team  for  合资公司
规划并构建合资公司发动机质量管理（QM）生产小组；
Hiring  and  staffing  of  qualified  personnel  for  engine  QM  production  team
招聘合格的发动机QM生产小组成员；
Set  up  of  a  long  term  qualification  plan  for  the  team  and  monitoring  of  implementation,  keeping  the  budget  limitations
为团队建立长期的资质培养计划，并监控其实施以及控制预算限额；
Define  the  Product  audit  system  for  Engine  Product  audit  (BPA)
为发动机产品评审（BPA）确定产品评审制度；
Define  and  document  the  requirements  and  standards  for  the  Product  audits
定义产品评审的要求和标准并备案；
Plan  and  implement  the  Quality  Inspection  Gates  in  Engine  Production
规划和执行发动机生产过程中的质量检查门；
Plan  and  implement  the  QFL#3  like  Sectional  Product  audits  (BPA),  Torque  audit,  Teardown  audit  and  Manufacturing  process  audit  in  Engine  Assembly
规划和执行QFL#3，比如发动机装配过程中的阶段产品评审，扭矩评审，拆分评审和生产流程评审；
Plan  and  implement  the  Finished  Engine  assembly  Quality  assurance  inspection  
规划和执行用于装配好的发动机的质量保证检查；
Monitoring  and  support  for  resolution  and  tracking  of  effectiveness
监控并为寻找解决方案提供支持，跟踪检查方案是否有效；
Establish  process  for  analysis  of  internal  Customer  complaints
建立内部客户抱怨的分析流程；
Monitor  for  corrective  action  and  plan  and  initiate  for  improvements
监督更改措施的执行，并计划执行改善方案；
Support  the  implementation  of  ISO/TS  16949  Quality  Management  systems  in  合资公司
支持在合资公司中执行ISO/TS  16949质量管理体系；
Plan  and  Conduct  the  Process  (Station  Q-release)  and  Product  release  at  Pre-series  for  Engine  Assembly  production
规划和执行发动机装配生产在预生产阶段的流程（工作站Q发布）和产品发布；
Support  the  Process  and  Product  release  as  part  of  Change  management  during  Series  Production    Engine  Assembly  production
支持在发动机装配批量生产过程中变更管理的流程和产品发布；
Ensure  the  confotmity  of  production
确保生产符合要求；
Plan  and  implement  the  Product  audit  Pre-Series  and  Series  production
规划和执行小批量和批量生产的产品审核；
Contribute  in  Product  Quality  level  definition  and  definition  of  the  Quality  Objectives  for  Engine  assembly
进行产品质量等级定义的工作并明确发动机装配的质量目标；
Support  the  implementation  of  TOS  standards
为执行TOS标准提供支持；
Annual  comprehensive  evaluation  of  performance  levels  acc.  to  合资公司  evaluation  system
  按照合资公司评价系统要求对性能等级进行年度综合评价

2、Planning,  controlling  &  tracking  of  KPIs  
规划监控关键绩效指标（KPI）

Plan  and  control  company  and  department  targets  within  engine  QM
规划并控制发动机QM范围内的公司和部门目标
  Monitor  and  report  all  engine  QM  related  KPIs,  present  in  management  boards/  committees  
监控并汇报所有QM评审相关的KPI,在管理委员会上说明;
3、Reporting  
汇报
Reporting  of  the  Quality  status  and  escalation  of  critical  issues  for  resolution
汇报质量问题状态并升级关键问题来寻求解决方案；
Weekly  status  report  in  the  respective  management  meeting
在管理会议上每周对工作进度进行汇报；
Various  reports  on  demand
进行其它要求的汇报；
4、Compliance  
合规
Assure  and  monitor  compliance  of  QM  Activities  with  relevant  guidelines  and  procedures  (SOA,  Corporate  Audit,  ISO,  work  safety  regulations,    CCC  etc.)  
确保并监督QM(质量管理)工作符合相关大纲和流程的要求（SOA，公司评审，ISO，工作安全条例，CCC等）；
Assure  compliance  of    selected  vendors  确保选定供应商合规;

Detailed  knowledge  of  Quality  Management  systems  and  Quality  Assurance  processes,  standards  and  tools
熟知质量管理系统和质量保证流程，标准和工具；
Strategic  and  conceptual  competence,  with  ability  to  manage  teams.  
具备战略、概念层面实操能力，能够管理团队
Expertise  in  processes  and  systems  in  production  and  testing.
生产和测试的流程和体系的专业知识；
Very  good  analytical  ability  and  problem-solving  skills  with  systematic  approach.
良好的分析能力，并能利用系统的方法解决问题；
  Experience  and  education工作经验和教育背景
University  education  or  equivalent  education,  preferably  engineering    
本科或类似教育背景，工科专业优先
High  level  of  English  proficiency,  additional  German  language  capabilities  preferred
英语流利，会德语者优先
Relevant  experience  in  Automotive  industry  and  exposure  to  the  engine  business.
汽车行业的相关工作经历，进行过发动机业务；
Managerial  level  with  expertise  in  operational  Quality  Assurance  functions  and  Quality  Management  systems  in  Manufacturing  organizations,  with  sufficient  exposure  to  procurement/supplier  management  and  operational  functions
生产组织机构下的操作性质量保证部门以及质量管理系统中的管理工作经验，并具有与采购/供应商管理和其它操作部门的合作经历；
Experience  in  cross  functional  product  projects  in  the  automotive  sector
具有汽车行业跨部门产品项目的工作经历；
Experience  in  cooperation  with  foreign  (North  American  or  European)  companies
与外企（北美或欧洲）合作的经历；
