主要职责：

维护及更新来料检查标准、过程检查标准及发货检查标准。
维护更新产品控制计划，通过审核确保控制计划得以执行。
对客户投诉的问题，进行内部过程分析和改进，致力于消除影响客户的质量问题以保护客户。
监控和分析生产过程质量不良和报废，进行过程改进，满足内部的FTQ和报废目标。
参加新产品试制，执行PPAP程序，按要求向客户提交PPAP，为新产品投产提供支持。
应用SPC,  MSA等质量工具主导产品质量改进项目。
通过分层审核，产品审核等确保符合质量体系（IATF16949,  DMS,  客户）的要求。

职位基本要求：

工学或技术领域学士学位，硕士学位优先。
接受优秀应届毕业生。
可以用英语进行阅读，熟练进行书面和口语沟通。
工作主动上进，乐于沟通。
有较强的学习能力。
Key  Responsibilities：

Maintain  and  update  incoming  material  inspection  standard,  in-process  inspection  standard  and  outgoing  inspection  standard.
Maintain  and  update  product  control  plan,  ensure  Control  Plan  is  followed  strictly  through  auditing.
Analyze  and  improve  the  internal  process  of  customer  complaints,  and  strive  to  eliminate  the  quality  problems  affecting  customers  to  protect  customers.
Monitor  and  analyze  the  FTQ  and  scrap  of  the  production  process,  and  carry  out  process  improvement  to  meet  the  internal  FTQ  and  scrap  objectives.
Attend  new  product  building,  implement  PPAP  procedure,  submit  PPAP  to  customers  according  to  the  requirements,  provide  support  for  new  product  launches.
Apply  SPC,  MSA  ect  quality  tool  to  lead  product  quality  improvement  activities.
Ensure  ongoing  compliance  to  Quality  system  (IATF  16949,  DMS,  Customer)  through  layer  audit,  product  audit  etc.

Primary  requirement  for  candidate：

Bachelor  Degree  in  engineering  or  technical  areas,  Master  degree  is  preferred.
Good  command  of  English  in  speaking  and  writing.
Easygoing  personality  and  good  communication.
Good  sense  to  learn  quickly.
