主要职责:

负责发动机用动力传感器产品如凸轮轴位置传感器，曲轴位置传感器，进气压力传感器，进气温度压力传感器、油箱压力传感器等。
支持新项目竞标中客户的技术要求评估和技术方案制定工作。
负责相对应传感器的开发、验证以及客户应用工作。
支持产品设计及制造过程验证，子零件供应商开发，问题解决及持续改进工作。
对公司其他产品提供电子技术支持，包含传感器及节气门所用PCBA，点火线圈驱动，排放传感器以及油泵的控制模块等。
根据客户要求或零件要求进行电路原理开发及规范定义。
负责PCBA布局开发，协助采购和SQE开发电路板供应商。
支持来自客户或内部生产线及试验失效件的电子方面失效分析。
负责对内外部硬件及软件问题解决以及新产品开发的技术沟通协调。    
职位要求:

本科学历，电工电子或其他相关专业，硕士优先。
3年以上汽车相关领域电子产品设计开发工作经验，知道汽车行业电子零部件的开发流程。
熟悉IGBT、霍尔元件、微处理器及其它常用电子元件如电阻、电容、二极管、晶体管、电感等。
熟悉EMC测试要求、方法和规范。
熟悉PCB设计，模拟电路和数字电路原理。
了解PCBA的生产制造过程。
了解CAN&LIN  总线通讯知识。
熟悉电路模拟工具方法。
熟悉发动机管理系统原理或相关零部件优先。
熟悉ISO26262设计要求。
有基础2D/3D绘图开发能力优先。
Key  Responsibilities：

Response  for  engine  dynamic  sensors  such  as  cam  position  sensor/Crack  position  sensor  /MAP/TMAP/Fuel  tank  pressure  sensor.
Support  new  business  pursuit  for  customer  technical  requirement  evaluation  and  technical  solution  for  dynamic  sensors.
Responsible  for  the  dynamic  sensors  development,  validation  and  customer  application  .
Technical  support  and  evaluation  for  products  design  and  manufacturing  process,  sub  components  supplier  development,  production  problem  solving  and  continually  improvement  on  quality/cost.
Response  for  electronics  support  for  all  the  products  in  plant,  include  PCBA  for  sensors  and  ETC,  drivers  for  ignition  coil,  controller  for  fuel  pump  and  exhaust  sensors  and  so  on.
Develop  schematics  for  electronic  components  given  the  dimensions  and  taken  the  specifications  from  the  customer  or  product  demand.
PCBA  Layout  development,  support  supplier  development  with  purchasing/SQE.
Support  electronics  analysis  on  failures  from  customer  or  internal  product  line  and  validations.
PCBA  design  Improvement  for  cost  &  quality.
Support  hardware  and  software  technical  communication  and  coordination  with  internal  or  external  resource  for  problem  solving  or  new  product  development.        
Primary  Requirement  for  Candidate：

Bachelor's  degree  in  electrical/electronic  engineering  or  equivalent,  Master  preferred.
Min  3  years’  experience  in  electronic  design  in  an  automotive  environment.  Knowledge  of  electronic  component  development  procedure  in  automotive  industry.
Knowledge  of  IGBTs,  and  IGBT  drivers,  Hall,  microprocessors  and  other  electric  components  such  as  resister,  capacitor,  Diode,  transistor,  inductor  and  so  on.
Knowledge  of  EMC  requirements,  testing  and  compliance.
Knowledge  of  PCB  design,  Analog  and  Digital  circuitry.
Knowledge  of  PCBA/SMT  manufacturing  process.
Knowledge  of  CAN  &  LIN  Bus  vehicle  communications.
Knowledge  of  circuit  simulation  tools  /  SPICE.
Familiar  with  engine  management  system  or  related  components  will  be  better.
Experience  of  ISO  26262  design  requirements.
Excellent  communications  and  organizational  skills.
Has  basic  2D/3D  development  capability  is  recommended.
