Responsibilities  (included,  but  are  not  limited  to):

Conduct  onsite  supplier  assessment  for  potential  new  suppliers.  Assess  supplier  manufacturing  facilities  and  determine  if  supplier  is  capable  of  meeting  our  technical,  manufacturing,  and  quality  requirements.
Conduct  APQP  meetings  with  suppliers.  Assuring  supplier  understanding  and  compliance  with  APQP  processes  and  product  PPAP  submission  and  part  approval  requirements.  Drive  supplier  PPAP  timing  plans,  and  submission  and  approval  dates  to  ensure  adherence  /compliance  to  program  timing.  Ensure  flawless  launch  execution.
Conduct  onsite  supplier  production  readiness  assessments.  Reviewing  and  approving  supplier  manufacturing,  tooling  and  quality  plans  for  new  component  parts  and  assemblies.
Monitor  supplier  performance  to  program  deliverables  and  part  quality.  Develop  and  implement  countermeasures  as  needed.
Provide  Supplier  Quality  support  to  plant  functional  team  members  but  specifically  to  Purchasing,  Product  Engineering,  and  Manufacturing.
Implementing  and  monitoring  supplier  part  qualification  and  certification  processes.
Determining  root  cause  of  supplier  manufacturing  problems  and  implementing  timely,  effective,  and  efficient  quality  resolutions.
Monitoring  supplier  performance  and  timely  drive  supplier  performance  improvement  by  review,  meeting  and  audit.
Develop  continuous  improvement  plans  as  appropriate.  Improving  quality  performance  of  suppliers  by  conducting  onsite  workshops  at  supplier  locations,  providing  technical  assistance  in  developing  robust  manufacturing  and  quality  systems,  or  other  technical  support  as  required.
Providing  technical  assistance  during  supplier  launch,  change  and  ongoing  production  activities.



Required  qualifications，Knowledge  base  requirements:

Bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality.
3+  years'  experience  in  automotive.
2+  years  Leading  APQP  Projects  and  2+  years  PPAP  Execution.
Proficient  in  quality  tools  :  FMEA  ,SPC,  MSA,  control  plan,  etc.  VDA  experience  is  preferred.
Strong  problem  solving  skills,  such  as  5WHY,  8D,  6sigma,  etc.
Fluent  with  common  MS  office  programs  (Word,  Excel,  PowerPoint,  Project).
Proactive  &  positive  thinking/working  style.
Fluent  English  communication  skills.
Good  communication  skill.
Up  to  40%  Travel  Required.
