Main  Purpose  of  the  job:
The  Program  Buyer  is  responsible  for  managing  interface  between  program  and  suppliers,  anticipating  the  specific  requirements  for  new  programs  (supplier  technologies,  geographical  location  and  target  costs),  and  ensuring  the  commodity  panel  strategy  is  appropriate  to  support  the  program.  The  role  selects  and  pilots  suppliers  from  the  agreed  supplier  panel  in  order  to  achieve  Program  objectives.

项目采购作为接口负责管理供应商,  以达到预期新项目要求(供应商技术、地理位置和目标成本),  并确保战略供应商的配合与支持。

Main  missions:



Ensure  supplier  selection  from  the  agreed  supplier  panel:  identify  and  consult  suppliers,  manages  supplier  .  Negotiate  or  participate  with  the  Commodity  Buyers  in  supplier  negotiations  and  in  the  final  choice  of  supplier  (leads  sourcing  committee  process  to  select  suppliers  from  list  provided  by  Commodity  Buyers)

确保供应商的选择来自协议供应商中：识别和咨询供应商，管理供应商，谈判或与大宗商品买家参与供应商谈判和最后的选择供应商（引导采购成员从列表选择供应商所提供的商品的买家）

Follow  direct  performance  during  the  program  phase:  manage  suppliers,  compare  costs  with  objectives,  ensure  quality  during  the  program  phase,  respect  delivery  deadlines  and  in  particular  ensure  that  the  program  phase  reviews  are  supported  within  the  framework  of  the  Faurecia  Program  Management  System  (PMS)

Lead  the  global  steering  and  sourcing  committee  meetings  for  the  program  and  ensure  that  the  purchasing  assumptions  are  optimized  on  a  global  basis,

Manage  specific  mandated  suppliers  when  requested  and  agreed  with  customers

Experience  :

Minimum  2  to  4  years  experience  including  a  program  buyer  or  program  manager  experience  in  an  industrial  environment

在制造业有2-4年项目采购或项目管理经验

Experience  working  in  an  international  environment

有外资企业工作经历


Skills  and  competencies

Understanding  of  product  design,  development  and  production  launch  processes

Knowledge  of  supplier  cost  structures
