主要工作Main  missions:
作为佛吉亚代表，发展客户关系和管理项目洽谈

Develop  strong  relationships  and  manage  the  ongoing  negotiations  with  the  customer  as  the  official  Faurecia  representative.

负责并控制项目需求发生变更时的成本变化Take  economical  responsibility  for  all  deviations  from  initial  requirements.

启动和管理新项目：根据最新的计划、项目指标、预算来跟踪项目进展；并与资深项目经理一起主导项目各阶段状况和结果的会议回顾Launch  and  monitor  the  Program  :  track  progress  by  updating  Business  Plan,  Program  Dashboard  and  Budget  Reports,  and  by  leading  reviews  of  program  steps  and  results  with  support  of  Experienced  PM.

主导机遇和风险分析，并制定和实施相关的行动计划Conduct  Risk/Opportunity  analyses,  and  develop  and  implement  appropriate  action  plans.

解决与客户在财务和技术相关的分歧问题Arbitrate  any  conflicts  with  the  customer  on  financial  and/or  technical  issues.

定义团队目标和任务Define  team  members'  objectives  and  assignments.

按照PMS定义的流程来管理项目，并将PMS应用在项目管理的各个阶段，并于所有参与项目的成员行程协调配合的关系Create  a  "Program  Management  culture"  by  ensuring  processes  defined  in  the  Faurecia  Program  Management  System  (PMS)  are  applied  at  all  steps,  and  by  developing  synergies  between  all  actors  involved  in  the  program.

组织项目阶段中的沟通事宜Organise  communications  throughout  the  program  lifecycle.

确保项目从研发中心顺利转移到生产工厂Ensure  smooth  program  transfer  from  Development  Centre  to  Production  Plant.

获取项目关键信息确保项目持续进行Organise  key  program  information  to  ensure  Program  continuity  and  to  contribute  to  knowledge  management.

Skills  &  Knowhow

Strong  communication  and  negotiation  skills  较强的沟通与谈判技巧。

Conflict  management  skills  :  ability  to  prevent  and  solve  conflicts冲突管理技能。

Good  knowledge  of  PMS-Process  熟悉项目管理流程。

Good  knowledge  of  Program  standards,  tools  and  methods熟悉项目标准，工具，方法。

Ability  to  establish,  develop,  lead  and  unite  a  team能够建立，发展，领导及整合团队。

Strong  financial  knowledge  (incl.  building  and  following  a  Business  Plan)  较强的财务知识。

Problem  solving  techniques问题处理技巧。

Strategic  and  analytic  capabilities战略及分析能力。

experience  in  Japan  OEM  will  be  priority有日系主机厂经验优先

Good  at  Japanese  &English  communication具有良好的英语和日语交流能力

BS  degree  in  Mechanical,  Manufacturing  or  other  scientific/engineering/technical  background

本科以上学历，工程、制造相关专业
