主要工作Main  missions:

1.Maintain  a  strong  and  beneficial  interface  with  the  various  customer  departments  to  ensure  customer  expectations  are  clearly  understood,  customer  concerns  are  identified  and  resolved  in  a  timely  manner,  and  that  high  customer  satisfaction  is  maintained.

3.Ensure  the  cross  communication  an  dissemination  of  information  between  acquisition  team  members.

4.Ensuring  that  the  appropriate  cross  functional  meetings  are  scheduled  and  conducted  to  review  acquisition  status,  identify  issues  and  actions  in  the  area  of:  Acquisition  Management,  Commercial  and  Product  Costing,  Customer  Satisfaction  and  Requirements,  Advanced  Manufacturing,  Financial  and  Business  Planning,  Advanced  Quality  Planning,  Safety,  Engineering  Design  and  Development,  Purchasing

确保适当的跨部门会议安排并回顾项目获取的阶段状态，识别以下区域的问题和行动:项目获取管理、商业和产品成本核算、客户满意度和需求、先进制造技术、财务和商业规划、先进的质量计划、安全、工程设计和开发,采购。

  

Skills  &  Knowhow

BS  degree  in  Mechanical,  engineering  technical  background

本科以上学历，大学工科等相关专业

At  least  3  years  of  Experience  in  Design  &  Development  within  an  industrial  environment,  ideally  in  the  automotive  industry  Knowledge  and  experience  in  Project  Management  process

在工业环境中（汽车工业环境最理想）设计与开发领域的工作经验，至少3年工作经验

Team  player  with  strong  communication  skills

Good  analytical  skills  and  Accountability
