Responsibilities:  

?  Takes  charge  of  APQP  and  PPAP
?  Develops  casting  (housing),  shaft  or  gear  (forging  &  machining)  suppliers
?  Conducts  supplier  quality  management
?  Executes  technology  negotiation  with  suppliers
?  Evaluates  supplier's  productivity  and  capability
?  Communicates  with  suppliers  on  technical  problem  solving
?  Manages  sample  inspection  &  validation
?  Coordinates  with  cross-functional  team  including  material,  logistics  and  production  

Qualifications  and  Requirements:  

?  Bachelor's  degree  or  above  in  mechanical  engineering,  at  least  3  years  experience  in  engineering  and  1  year  experience  in  purchasing
?  Familiar  with  industry  standards  and  criteria  of  manufacturing
?  Familiar  with  machining  process
?  Familiar  with  TS16949  system
?  Good  at  AutoCAD,  Pro-e,  or  CATIA;  experience  in  3D  drawing  is  preferred
?  Good  written  &  spoken  English  language  skills,  minimum  CET  4  or  equivalent
