JOB  SUMMARY

This  person  will  be  leading  the  design  and  manufacturing  of  the  electrical  part  of  equipment  made  in  Link  China.  Design  and  optimize  the  electrical  control  system  according  to  the  customers’  demand.  Select  the  proper  electrical  components  and  support  SCM  to  procure.  Provide  the  W.I  ,  train  the  operators  and  direct  them  on  the  floor.  This  position  shall  report  to  Business  Development  Manager.

电气工程师将领导国产设备的电气部分的设计和制造。设计/改进设备的电气控制系统满足客户的需求。支持采购获取合适的电器元件。编制作业指导文件，培训操作工并提供现场指导，此岗位向业务开发经理汇报。

  

Responsibility:

主要职责:

List  the  electrical  control  flow  chart  based  on  the  understanding  of  customers’  demand.  

理解客户需求，确定设备的电气控制方案

Design  the  electrical  control  system  according  to  the  flow  chart.  

根据电气控制方案，设计设备的电气系统

Make  the  electrical  schematic  diagram.  

绘制电气原理图

Review  the  schematic,  modify  and  optimize  to  continuously  match  the  demand.  

审核现有的电气原理图，按照实际应用更改设计

Select  the  proper  electrical  components  of  the  system,  identify  the  technical  specifications.  

电器元件选型，制定元器件技术要求

Support  SCM  to  communicate  with  suppliers.  

协助采购与供应商沟通

Program  the  PLC  and  transducer.  

PLC/变频器的程序编写，参数设定  

Make  the  assembly  and  wiring  diagram  refer  to  the  schematic  diagram.  

参照原理图制作装配和接线图            

Make  the  W.I  of  assembling  and  wiring  and  train  the  operator  accordingly.  

编制电气接线，安装调试作业指导书，并培训相关人员        

Lead  the  assembling  and  trial  of  electrical  parts  of  equipment  on  both  manufacturing  sites  and  customers'  sites.  

现场领导设备电气部分的安装调试    

File  the  technical  documents  of  electrical  system.  

整理设备电气部分的技术文档

  

Requirements:

要求：  

Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  electronics,  electrical,  mechatronics,  automation  etc.  

本科及以上学历，电子、电气、机电一体化、自动化控制等专业

8  years  or  more  experience  on  design  of  electrical  system,  including  at  least  3  years  independent  designing  experience.  八年以上电气设计工作经验；三年以上电气系统的独立设计经验

3  years’  experience  in  installation  and  testing  on  site.  

三年以上电气设备现场安装、调试经验

Familiar  with  electrical  design  standards  (China/European/American).  

  熟悉中欧美的电气设计标准

Proficient  read  the  technical  documents  in  English.  

熟练阅读英文技术文件

Rich  experience  in  PLC/transducer/Servo  Drive/HMI/encoder/variable  frequency  Driver,  both  design  and  test.  

熟悉PLC，变频器，伺服驱动，编码器，传感器

Good  problem  solving  and  trouble  shooting  skills.

Excellent  technical  negotiation  and  communication  skill  in  both  Chinese  and  English  with  suppliers  and  customers
