JOB  SUMMARY

Vehicle  Test  Engineer  communicate  with  and  report  to  customer  on  technical  issues  and  assist  with  coordination  and  execution  of  vehicle  testing  with  the  laboratory  team.  Helps  to  develop,  document,  and  analyze  product  quality  and  performance.  Monitor  test  quality  of  test  execution  and  test  data.  Engineering  knowledge  and  organizational  skills  are  required  to  produce  accurate,  reliable,  technical  and  timely  data  to  customer.

Technical  responsibility  for  organizing,  executing  and  coordinating  customer  jobs.

负责组织、执行和协调客户工作。

Read  and  understand  test  specifications  from  customer.

阅读并理解客户的测试规范。

Implementation  of  suitable  instructions  for  project  &  customer  test  requirement.

执行项目和实施适当的客户测试要求。

Monitor  test  technicians’  and  drivers’  performance  during  testing.

在测试过程中监控测试技术人员和驾驶员的表现。

Analyze  test  results  and  provide  engineering  reports  that  meet  customer  specifications  .

分析测试结果并提供符合客户要求的测试报告。

Act  as  liaison  with  customers  with  responsibility  for  acting  independently  on  technical  matters  pertaining  to  the  test  engineering  field.

作为与客户的联络人，负责独立处理与测试工程领域有关的技术问题。

Communicate  with  internal  team  member  to  coordinate  test  execution  and  test  procedure.

与内部团队成员沟通，协调测试执行和测试程序。



Requirements:

要求：

Bachelor’s  degree  in  Electrical,  Mechanical,  Automotive  Engineering  or  related  degree  or  a  related  Associates  degree  with  4  years  relevant  work  experience  in  an  automotive  engineering  laboratory  or  demonstrated  equivalent  related  work  experience.
电气、机械、汽车工程或相关专业学士学位或相关专业，4年汽车工程实验室相关工作经验或同等相关工作经验。
CET-4  or  above,  or  meet  company  English  level  exams.  Good  reading  English  and  written  English.  Good  spoken  English  is  preferred.
大学英语四级或以上，或通过公司英语水平考试。良好的英语读写能力。
Base  knowledge  of  vehicle  testing  and  brake  systems.
具备车辆测试和制动系统的基本知识
Be  familiar  with  QCT,  GB,  GB/T,  SAE,  JASO,  FMVSS,  OEM,  Tie  1  &  2  and  other  foundation  brake  testing  procedures  is  preferred.
熟悉QCT、GB、GB/T、SAE、JASO、FMVSS、OEM、TIE  1、2等基础制动测试程序优先。
More  than  3  years  in  vehicle  testing  or  brake  system  testing  field.
三年以上整车试验或制动系统试验工作经验。
Proficient  with  Microsoft  Excel  and  Windows  based  computer  systems.
精通微软Excel和基本Windows的计算机系统。
Safety  driving  ability  and  consciousness  on  comprehensive  public  road.
综合性公共道路安全驾驶能力和安全意识。
Knowledge  on  brake  testing  equipment.  Vehicle  build  and  drag/DTV  measurement.  Trouble  shoot  on  issues  from  vehicle  and  equipment.
熟悉刹车测试设备。车辆制造和阻力/DTV测量。能解决车辆和设备问题。
Initiative  to  lead  testing  team  and  manage  testing  process.
主动领导测试团队和管理测试进程。
Good  team  work  performance  in  testing  team.
具有良好的团队合作精神。
Assist  with  vehicle  test  leader  of  laboratory  daily  management
协助整车测试主管进行实验室日常管理。
Vehicle  performance  test  knowledge  &  experience  and  vehicle  test  driving  in  Proving  Ground  is  preferred.
有车辆性能试验知识和经验，有试车场试车经验者优先。
Accept  project  business  travel  inboard  and  outboard.  Internationally  communicate.
接受国内外出差。
Work  overtime  properly  that  required  from  testing.
按测试要求适当加班。
