Test  Engineer  assists  with  coordination  and  execution  of  standardized  laboratory  testing  with  the  laboratory  team.  Helpsto  develop,  document,  

and  analyze  product  quality  and  performance.  Engineering  knowledge  and  organizational  skills  are  required  to  produce  accurate,  reliable,  technical  

and  timely  data  for  the  customer.

Full  technical  responsibility  for  interpreting,  organizing,  executing  and  coordinating  customer  jobs.

Read  and  understand  test  specifications  for  inertia  dynamometer  and  component  bench  testing  projects

阅读和理解惯性测功仪和台架测试项目的测试规格

Act  as  a  liaison  with  internal  and  external  customers  with  responsibility  for  acting  independently  on  technical  matters  pertaining  to  the  test  engineering  field.

能够担当内外部客户沟通的桥梁，独立完成测试方面的技术问题

Implementation  of  suitable  test  programs  for  project  &  customer  test  requirement

根据项目和客户的测试要求，实施合适的测试方案

Monitor  tests  in  progress  to  ensure  they  are  running  to  specification

Analyze  test  results  and  provide  engineering  reports  that  meet  customer  specifications

Perform  and  design  test  specifications  using  proper  engineering  techniques

Requirements:

要求：  

Bachelor’s  degree  in  Electrical,  Mechanical,  Automotive  Engineering  or  related  degree  or  a  related  Associates  degree  with  4  years  relevant  work  experience  in  an  automotive  engineering  laboratory  or  demonstrated  equivalent  related  work  experience

学士学位，电子、机械、汽车工程或相关学位，或4年汽车工程实验室相关工作经验

Base  knowledge  of  vehicle  dynamics  and  brake  systems  is  preferred

有车辆动力学基础知识和制动系统基础知识者优先

Be  familiar  with  QCT,  GB,  SAE,  JASO,  FMVSS,  OEM,  Tie  1  &  2  and  other  foundation  brake  testing  procedures  is  preferred

熟悉QCT、GB、SAE  JASO  FMVSS,  OEM等标准和其他基础制动测试程序者优先

Exceptional  organizational  and  communication  (written  and  verbal)  skills

良好的管理和沟通能力（书面和口头）

Ability  to  learn  and  implement  vehicle  test  and  test  analysis  techniques

Good  customer  interface  and  relationship  management  skills
