1、  Undertake  the  debugging,  programming  of  welding,  Laser  Welding  of  BIW  production  line  project  ,  compiling  process  parameters;

承接的主机厂白车身生产线项目的焊接、激光焊机等的调试、编程，编制工艺参数；

2、  According  to  the  production  process,  interface  with  the  robot  engineer  to  complete  the  robot  debugging  including  welding  ,  laser  welding  ;

按照生产工艺，会同机器人工程师一起完成焊接、激光焊接等的机器人调试工作；

3、  Interface  with  the  robot  engineer,  PLC  engineer  to  ensure  that  the  testing  in  the  various  stages  of  the

？project  process,  such  as  equipment  failure  rate  ,cycle  time  ,to  meet  customer  requirements;

会同机器人工程师、PLC工程师，确保项目过程中各阶段的测试，如设备故障率、生产节拍等达到客户要求

4、  According  to  customer  requirements,  continued  to  optimize  the  quality  of  welding,  gluing,  clinching  process  ,  regularly  collect  related  quality  and  the  error  data  and  make  analysis  report,  ultimately  achieve  customer  standards

根据顾客要求，持续优化焊接、激光焊接等的质量，定期收集相关的质量及报错数据并做分析报告，达到顾客标准；

5、  Provide  technical  support  to  the  process  change,  evaluate  the  feasibility  and  interface  with  the  robot

engineer  and  PLC  engineer  to  complete  the  task;

对后续工艺更改提供技术支持，评估可行性，并协同机器人工程师、PLC工程师完成任务；

6、  Technical  training  for  the  process  and  Quality  Engineer  of  OEMs；

对主机厂工艺及质量工程师进行技术培训；

任职要求：

Qualifications:

1、  Bachelor  degree,  major  in  vehicle  engineering,  mechanical  design  and  automation  and  other  related  ;

本科毕业，车辆工程、机械设计及自动化等相关专业毕业；

2、  More  than  3  years  related  working  experience  in  BIW  Welding

3年以上白车身焊装相关工作经验；

3、  Familiar  with  main  laser  equipments  :IPG  ,  blackbird  ,  scansonic  ,etc  .

熟悉主要的激光设备及工艺：  IPG,blackbird,scansonic  ,等。

4、  Fluent  English  both  in  oral  and  writing；

英文听说读写流利；

5、  Good  communication  skills  required  and  must  be  able  to  work  well  with  teams  ；

良好的沟通技巧，团队协作能力强;
