1.  Use  RobCAD,  PD/PS,  Delmia  to  create  3D  robot  simulation  system  according  customer  standard

按照客户标准使用RobCAD,  PD/PS,  Delmia系统制作3D机器人仿真模拟

2.    Implement  the  human  body  engineering  and  attainability  investigation  ;  attainability  means  robot  can  work  to  arrive  at  the  specified  location

进行人体工程学及可到达性的调研，可达到性指机器人工作时是否能够到达指定位置

3.    Locate  robots  benchmark  and  mobile  robot  trajectory

              确定机器人基位以及机器人工作走位

4．Collision  and  collision  zone  check

            干涉检查及干涉区检查

5．Tool  modification  suggestion  with  low  cost  concept,  like  griper,  fixture,  welding  gun…

            最经济的工具更改建议，如.  抓手，夹具，焊枪…  

6．Safety  concept  and  safety  documentation

            安全方案及安全文档

7．Robot  off-line  program  

编制机器人离线程序  (Offline  Programm)

8．  Production  flow  chart  and  function  chart

制作流程图表、功能图表

9．  Participate  in  the  FMEA  analysis,  MTM  analysis  and  numerical  analysis

参与进行FMEA分析（即失效模式和影响分析）、MTM分析（即时间测量法分析）、数值分析等

10．In  considering  the  time、production  quality  and  cost,  make  the  automation  solution  

在考虑到时间、质量、成本的前提下，制定自动化方案

11．  Foundation  plan  installation  document  and  buy-off  document

            基础图,安装文件制作及验收资料

12．Work  together  with  sub-supplier,  supplier  data  quality  control

            管理供应商，检查供应商输出的质量  

13．Project  specification  and  data  prepare

                准备项目标准及基础数据

14．Project  report  and  status  tracking

                项目汇报及状态跟踪

15．To  take  over  the  project  assistant  of  a  part  of  the  project  tasks  

接管项目助理的部分项目任务

16．Trouble  shooting  for  engineering  phase  and  onsite  phase

                设计阶段及现场阶段的问题解决

Qualifications:

1、  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  mechanical  or  electronic  engineering  or  mechanical  class  graduated  from  the  vocational  technical  college  and  career  in  related  training

本科或以上学历，机械或电子相关专业或者毕业于机械类职业技术院校并且从事过相关的职业培训

2、  Working  experience  in  automotive  industry

在汽车行业有过从业经验

3、  The  professional  knowledge  of  the  computer  simulation  software  (Tecnomatix    Produkte,  RobCAD,  Delmia  V5  Robotics)

拥有计算机模拟软件的专业知识，如Tecnomatix  Produkte,  RobCad,  Delmia  V5  Robotics等

4、  Has  basic  knowledge  in  the  robot  operation,  robot  debugging  operation

5、  在机器人操作、机器人调试运行方面具有基础知识

6、  Have  good  knowledge  at  MS  Office,  especially  in  MS  Excel

具有很好的MS  Office知识，特别在MS  Excel方面

7、    Good  knowledge  of  English

具有良好的英语知识

8、  Talent  team  consciousness  and  organization
