KEY  RESPONSIBILITY  主要职责  ：

1、  Body  in  white  manufacturing  equipment  planning

白车身制造设备的规划

2、  Assess  join  order  ,  component  data,  interconnection  technique  and  fixture  clamping  sequence

评估连接顺序、部件数据、连接技术以及夹具夹紧顺序

3、  Research  、optimize  and  evaluate  the  scheme  of  body  in  white  production  line  planning

研发、优化及评价白车身生产线规划方案

4、  Make  flow  chart,  line  drawings,  assembly  line  data  table  and  safety  drawings,  etc

制定流程图、流水线方案图纸、流水线数据表、安全图纸等

5、  Make  inquiry  information,  product  information  and  presentations

制作询价资料、供应的产品资料以及演示文稿

6、  Planning  scheme  demonstration  and  to  discuss  details  with  customers

在客户处进行规划的方案演示以及和客户进行相关的细节讨论

7、  Track  all  changes  arising  from  the  project  (such  as  changes  of  parts  、plan、  detailed  description、ECR、engineerng  change  request)

追踪项目中出现的所有的变更（如部件、方案、详细说明中的变更）

8、  Participate  in  FMEA  analysis  (that  is,  the  failure  modes  and  effects  analysis),  MTM  analysis  (i.e.,  time  measurement  analysis),  data  analysis,  etc

参与进行FMEA分析（即失效模式和影响分析）、MTM分析（即时间测量法分析）、数据分析等

9、  Take  over  part  of  the  project  tasks

接管部分项目任务

10、According  to  the  reqirement  of  project  ,  coordinate  and  calibration  with  designer  and  simulation  engineer

根据项目的需要，和设计部、仿真模拟部进行协调、校准

Qualifications:

1、  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  mechanical  or  automotive  related  or  mechanical  graduated  from  the  vocational  technical  college  and  career  in  related  training

本科或以上学历，机械或汽车相关专业或者毕业于机械类职业技术院校并且从事过相关的职业培训

2、  Work  experience  in  automotive  industry

在汽车行业有过工作经验

3、  Knowledge  of  CAD  software,such  as  CATIA  V5,  Micro  Station

具有CAD软件的知识，如CATIA  V5,  Micro  Station

4、  Knowledge  of  programming  software  ,ie  eM-Planner,  Delmia

具有规划类软件的知识，如eM-Planner,  Delmia等

5、  Knowledge  of  MS  Office  ,especially  MS  Excel

具有很好的MS  Office知识，特别在MS  Excel方面

6、  Knowledge  of  English

具有良好的英语知识

7、  Has  the  team  consciousness  and  organization  talent,  systematic,  analytical  and  structured  way  of  working
