Job  Description：
Benchmark  packaging  solution  from  IPN  or  external  market.
Design  and  simulate  innovative  package  with  considering  of  quality,  Total  Cost  Ownership  (TCO),  delivery.
  Follow  engineering  change  request  (ECR)  process  for  package  design  alignment  internally  and  externally.
Design  package  material  drawings,  source  and  qualify  suppliers  to  ensure  competitive  Q,  C,  D  performance
Organize  FMEA  for  package  design,  define  necessary  measures  and  validation  plan  like  lab  test,  shipment  test  etc.  for  identified  risks.
Manage  related  documents/data  of  packaging  design,  like  package  drawings,  label  specification,  data  in  PAGOS  &  SAP.
Package  Improvements
Handling  related  quality  complaints,  e.g.  customer  complaint,  package  damage  etc.,  and  realize  permanent  solutions  for  package  quality  improvement  with  usage  of  quality  management  tools  like,  8D,  PSS  etc.
Identify  improvement  potentials  for  package  material  quality  through  incoming  inspection,  FEMA  line  walk,  on-site  Gemba,  and  realize  improvement  potentials.
  Follow  A3  logic  to  identify  and  realize  packaging  optimization  from  customers,  internal  business  partners  with  defined  priority  and  planned  schedule,  to  achieve  annual  cost  saving  target  and  ensure  sustainable  cost  development.
Standard  package  concepts  in  value  stream  to  simplify  material  flow,  to  contribute  for  productivity  improvement
Obey  law,  regulation  of  international  &  domestic  transportation  and  Bosch  central  directive  standards
Proactively  trace  and  track  international  &  domestic  transportation  status,  timely  feedback/escalation  to  internal/external  stakeholders
Other  tasks  assigned  by  supervisors.

Qualifications：
Bachelor  degree  or  above  with  major  in  mechanical  engineering  or  related,  in  packaging  design  is  preferred
With  >2  years  package  design  experience  in  automotive  company,  Fluent  English  speaking
Job  Relevant  Knowledge  and  Experience
Good  knowledge  in  packaging  engineering,  e.g.  structure  design,  material  selection  etc
Good  knowledge  for  physical  material  flow,  especially  for  automotive  companies.
Good  knowledge  in  BPS,  LLD,  ergonomic,  MTM,  CAD  and  ProE,  project  management  skills
Be  creative  to  develop  new  packaging  concepts  and  solutions  according  to  function  and  process  requirements
