Job  Description：
  

Planning  management:

1.  Work  as  customer/production/supplier  interface

2.  Supply  chain  transparent

3.  Give  input  to  and  deploy  continuously  process  improvement  within  the  order  to  delivery  processes

4.  Cooperate  with  sales  department  to  improve  customer  forecast  accuracy  and  agree  inventory  strategies；

5.  Cooperate  with  the  purchasing  department  in  negotiations  with  suppliers,  service  providers  regarding  consignment  inventories,  lead  times,  inventory  levels  and  delivery  terms  securing  a  high  delivery  performance  (reliability)  and  service  level  (lead  time  and  flexibility  to  reach  on  short  term  on  changes  in  demand).

6.  By  regular  follow  up  of  key  performance  indicators  (KPI)  ensure  that  targets  are  met  and  in  case  of  non-conformity  initiate  corrective  actions.

7.  Initiate  and  lead  logistic  improvement  project  based  on  value  stream  mappings,  ABC  analysis  and  variability  in  demand  considering  production  and  suppliers  capabilities  in  respect

  

KPI  monitor  and  improvements:

1.  Responsible  for  customer  demand  fulfillment  &  achieve  OTD  target

2.  Constant  tracking  customer  consumption&  stock  status  to  define  &  keep  reasonable  inventory  level  at  both  Bosch  and  Customer  side,  achieve  internal/external  TCT  target

3.  Clean  up  D-stock/slow  moving/long  coverage/block  stocks  of  in-house  production  parts  in  time

4.  Minimize  special  freight  cost

  

Qualifications

Qualifications  Requirement

1.  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  mainly  major  at  commercial  study  subjects  as  industrial  engineering,  supply  chain  management,  business  management,  technical  studies  (mechanical,  electronical  engineering,  IT/computer  science)  will  be  preferred.

2.  Fluent  English  in  listening,  speaking,  reading  &  writing

3.  Good  communication,  coordination  and  conflict  management  skills
