Job  Summary

Development  and  improvement  of  assembly  technology  for  new  products  and  new  applications:
New  know-how  and  knowledge  build-up  for  assembly  processes.
Active  knowledge  transfer  and  coaching  of  colleagues  and  new  employees.
Series  production  support  for  cost  reduction,  quality  improvement  and  technological  problem  solving  projects.

Roles  and  Responsibilities

Technology  leadership  owner  for  assembly  technology,  providing  high  depth  of  state  of  the  art  technological  knowledge,  overview  (interrelations  in  the  value  stream,  new  developments)  and  experience.
Actively  taking  responsibility  and  leadership  for  difficult  or  uncertain  development  and  problem  solving  tasks.
Active  cooperation  with  manufacturing  and  development  departments  regarding  development  of  assembly  technology  for  current  and  new  products.
Provide  cost  competitive  assembly  methods  and  joint  technology  for  new  products  before  SOP.
Independent  identification  and  communication  of  technology  development  and  technology  improvement  needs  considering  cost,  quality  and  delivery.
Independent  and  systematic  planning  of  tests  for  process  development  and  improvement,  systematically  applying  advanced  methods  and  tools,  such  as  DOE.
Systematic  determination  and  definition  of  process  parameters  for  assembly  technologies.
Definition  and  carrying  out  of  release  procedures  for  assembly  technology  for  products  according  to  product  and  specification.
Independent  problem  solving;  knowledge  and  active  application  of  standardized  problem  solving  methods.
Establish  and  continuous  use  of  international  network  for  know-how/knowledge  exchange  and  competence  improvement.
Authority

Process  parameter  definition  and  process  data  sheet  preparation.
Change  of  process  parameters  for  assembly  process  after  release.
Task  assignment  and  functional  supervision  of  process  technicians.
Qualifications  Requirement
Educational:
-  Bachelor  degree  in  production,  mechanical  or  electrical  engineering,  automation  or  physics.
Language:
-  Fluent  oral,  reading  and  writing  English  skills.
-  German  language  skills  helpful,  but  not  mandatory.
Job  Relevant  Knowledge  and  Experience
-  Working  experience  and  specialist  knowledge  in  the  area  of  image  process  or  assembly  (screwing,  press-in,  welding)  technology.
-  In  depth  knowledge  of  relevant  standards  and  quality  procedures  related  to  assembly  technology.
-  Independent  and  confident  application  of  project  management  tools,  good  presentation  skills.
-  Systematical  and  analytical  thinking.
-  Statistical  analysis  knowledge;  MSA.
-  Skill  of  E-plan  (electrical  drawing)  and  mechanical  drawing  understanding.
-  Stronger  problem  solve  skill.  (6sigma,  Shainin  certificate  is  prefer).
-  Team  working  skills.

Qulifications：
