业务开发经理
职位描述
Market researchMacro economy and market report, follow up
Lead developing and transferring new products to the Chinese Market upon requests
Product survey as per request from BU, including collection of price, customers, competitors, application, target market, local standards, etc.
Work with product management to define product roadmap for China and Asia.
Assigned research tasks on projects from top management
Customer and Market Development – key Tasks
Approach targeted customers to promote new products, automotive market is the priority.
Follow project leads and obtain new business for BG PS.
Realize given quota of annual target of new business
Sales promotion activity, such as potential customer contact, RFQ follow up, support exhibition/fair lead follow up, support to define BU sales strategy , sales channel study etc.
Establish partnership network (distributor, reseller) according to requirements from new business
Fair & promotion
Collect info of Fairs in China according to demand of BG
Organize reservation, registration, booth design & construction, package negotiation for good price
Control and coordinate the participation of BG in fairs and exhibitions
Coordinate Catalogue & promotion material design and management
Design and select company gifts to customers according to requirements
Collect business/product promotion media and organize promotion fairs/activities
Use centralized approaches to improve corporate identity and professional Leoni image
Communications
Work with global BD team to coordinate global projects
Media PR upon business needs
Press release related to new business if asked
- Bachelor degree equivalent or above in product marketing, business management, technical, or related fields. Engineering background is desired. - Minimum 5 years’ working experience with at least 3 years in a leading sales & marketing position - Experience in a manufacturing plant is a plus - Business understanding and sharp business acumen - Sales experience - Technical understanding - Understanding of macro economic environment and trend, sense of market change in the industry - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good presentation skill - Strong leadership and cross function communication capability - Open - Proactive - Smart - Fluent in spoken and written English is a must - Experienced in MS-Office appliances - Able to communicate well with people from different culture and countries - Authority to make decisions for business strategy, sales strategy and project investment
