-Initial  project  (Obtain  project  scope.  schedule  secure  project  resources  and  set  project  development  cost  budget)  and  propose  a  project  team  (works  with  functional  groups  to  identify  roles  and  responsibilities  of  people  involved  in  the  program)  for  project  owner  approval

-Organize  project  kick-off  meeting  and  Conduct  project  objectives  in  terms  of  quality,  cost  and  timing

-Integrate  lessons  learned.

-Schedule,  prepare  for  and  lead  a  project  regular  meeting,  review  project  progress  and  issues

-Create,  assure  and  review  project  plan  with  cross-  function  team,  and  manage  changes  and  obtain  project  owner  approval.

-Identify,  monitor  and  reduce  project  risks  with  functional  contributors

-Coordinate  APQP  and  PPAP  major  activity  and  deal  with  open  issues  from  design,  prototype,  drawing  ,ramp  up  until  official  mass    Production

-Monitor  project  development  and  investment  cost

-Prepare  regular  project  Status  Report  and  organize  regular  steering  committee  meeting  to  review

-Proper  management  of  project  files

-Manage  communication  with  stakeholders  (project  owner,  team  member,  steering  committee  etc.)

-Ensure  Project  development  in  compliance  with  standards  and  activities  defined  in  Project  Management  Handbook

-Assistant  PMO  for  monthly  update  of  company  overall  project  lists.

-Respect  health,  safety  and  environment  charts  and  requirements

-Respect  Company  Code  of  ethics

-Others  required  by  the  management.



Qualifications

-        Bachelor  degree  ,  major  in  mechanical  or  automotive  Engineering        
-        At  least  5  years  work  experience  in  automotive  industry  of  which  at  least  2  years  for  project  management  
-        Project  management  ,  knowledge  of  APQP  ,PPAP,  Farmiliar  with  TS16949  quality  systems  ,QSB  ,strong  learning  and  problem  solving  skills.  PMP  certificate  is  prefered  
-        Good  team  spirit  and    communication  skills  
-        Change  and  Conflict  management  
-        Be  able  to  work  under  pressure.  
-        Team  spirit  
-        Work  with  initiative  and  cooperative
-        Fluent  English  is  preferred  
-        MS  Word,Excel,  PPT,Project
