  Guidance  of  shift  supervisors  and  selection  of  new  employees
  Respectation  and  steady  improvement  of  quality  regulations
  Carrying  out  the  demanded  reports
  Contribution  to  continuously  improvements  concerning  heat  treatment,  plant  availability,  cost  optimization
  Contribution  at  experiment  executions  and  for  free  moving  components


Our  Requirements


  Successful  completed  tertiary  education  in  mechanical  engineering  (field  of  study  materials  engineering)  or  in  materials  science  or  a  comparable  degree  and  at  least  1  year  of  work  experience  in  this  area
  Experience  with  pusher  type  furnaces  for  the  heat  treatment  of  component  parts,  as  well  as  with  the  process  of  carbonitriding  and  case  hardening
  Knowledge  about  control-  and  intervention  possibilities  at  those  type  of  plants
  Team  player,  practice  oriented  and  working  confidently  with  process  control  systems,  as  well  as  with  general  computer  and  software  applications
  Knowledge  about  quality  assurance  systems  and  certifications  like  ISO,  VDA,  CQI
  Chinese  mother  tongue  and  fluent  German-  or  English  language  skills
  Integrity  and  value-driven  working  style,  compliant  to  rules  and  regulation
  Remain  accountable  when  mistake  happens  and  able  to  speak  up  if  something  goes  wrong
