Your  Responsibility

  

Check  the  formal  correctness  and  validity  of  all  the  received  invoice;  especially  VAT  invoice.

Check  the  additional  information  and  attachments  to  the  invoice  whether  it  is  sufficient  support  of  the  payment  application  process.

File  and  archive  received  invoices  and  corresponding  documents  virtually  and  in  originals.

Development,  implementation  and  maintenance  of  an  effective  internal  reporting  system  for  tracking  invoices  and  payment  applications  (  PA  situation)  at  least  on  monthly  level  and  inform  the  corresponding  departments  accordingly

Investigate  PO  information  in  SAP  if  required,  coordinate  the  solution  of  contractual  issues  with  involved  parties

Prepayment  management,  e.g.  review  the  payment  condition  in  the  contract  and  check  the  PO  in  SAP

Communicate  in  case  of  incomplete  or  deficient  documents

Development,  implementation  and  maintenance  of  an  effective  payment  and  reimbursement  process

  

Your  Requirements

  

A  master’s  degree  in  Finance  &  accounting  or  comparable  major

e.g.  Certificate  of  Qualified  Accounting

Be  familiar  with  all  accounting  operations

Know  well  the  chinese  accounting  and  internal  accounting  standard

Know  well  the  internal  control  and  external  audit  policy

Working  experience  (in  years):  1-3  years  relevant  work  experience  preferrebly  in  an  international  company

Language  skills:  Have  good  command  of  English  or  German

IT  knowledge:  Be  skilled  in  office  software  and  SAP  modules
