Your  Responsibilities

    

  

    

Failure  analysis  for  gearbox  components,  mainly  metal  components  and  especially  for  part  with  heat  treatment  &  machining

Analyse,  evaluate  and  develop  material  properties  for  Erstmusterprüfung  (EMPB)  and  series  monitoring  of  all  gearbox  components,  mainly  metal  components  and  especially  for  part  with  heat  treatment  &  machining

Provide  material  technology  support  for  supplier  and  other  department  in  company  to  optimize  the  production  process

Independently  prepare,  perform  and  document  material  sample  and  testing  for  metal  components  with  heat  treatment  &  machining

Provide  material  consulting  for  supplier  and  production  and  take  part  in  process  optimization  of  suppliers,  especially  for  heat  treatment  &  machining  supplier

  

                        

Our  Requirements

    

  

    

Bachelor  degree  or  higher  in  mechanical  engineering,  material  engineering,  metallurgical  engineering  or  equivalent  field

Around  3-7  years’  working  experience  in  material  laboratory  area  is  preferred.

Basic  knowledge  on  Q-methods  (FMEA,  SPC,  MFU,  QPN,  2TP),  VW-standards.  P-basic  knowledge,  sampling  processes

Strong  technical  problem  handling  and  solving  skills

Analytical  and  systematical  thinking  and  acting

Very  good  communication  and  presentation  skills

Outstanding  organization  and  coordination  ability

Fluent  in  German  or  English

Microsoft  Office  expert,  basic  IT  knowledge  on  Image  Access,  KVS,  LIMS,  Nolis

Integrity  and  value-driven  working  style,  compliant  to  rules  and  regulation

Remain  accountable  when  mistake  happens  and  able  to  speak  up  if  something  goes  wrong
