Based  in  Gestamp  Tianjin  Plant  to  Manage  New  Products  Introduction  utilizing  cross  functional  team.

Define  program  timing  and  milestone  targets  to  fulfil  customer  and  GPCP  (Gestamp  Product  Creation  Process)  requirements.

Lead  /  Support  regular  reviews  to  establish  progress  against  program  plans  and  where  necessary  implement  corrective  actions.

Detail  understanding  of  Chassis  manufacturing  processes  required.

Basic  understanding  of  Chassis  tooling  process  required.

Manage  /  communicate  Chassis  programs  budgetary  control,  Tooling,  Capital  and  knowledge  of  the  cost  breakdown.

Communicate  program  status  to  internal  and  external  customers.

Prepare  and  manage  ECR  /  ECO  actions  for  internal  and  external  changes.

Negotiate  issue  resolutions  between  technical  teams  and  customers.

Lead  /  motivate  all  staff  within  the  program  team.

Ensure  clear  objectives  are  communicated  to  the  BU  Management  and  Divisional  team  members.

Travelling  internally  in  China  should  be  no  issue  and  some  international  travel  may  be  required.



任职要求：

Qualified  to  Degree  Level  or  equivalent  in  Engineering  or  related  subject.

Proven  experience  of  delivering  major  Engineering  /  Capital  programs,  on  time  and  to  budget.

Proven  Chassis  knowledge.

Strong  people  management  skills  to  lead  manage  and  motivate  a  team.

Demonstrate  a  disciplined  approach  to  program  management,  with  a  working  knowledge  of  customer  systems.

Commercial  awareness  and  financial  acumen.

Good  computer  literacy  specifically  in  Microsoft  Office.

English  language  is  mandatory  (German  language  could  be  an  advantage).

Understanding  of  Chassis  documents,  FMEA,  DVP,  SREA,  etc.
