1.  Maintenance  MRO  dates  regularly，release  PO  in  SAP  after  negotiation;

2.  Be  familiar  with  Fullstep  system  and  follow  purchasing  procedure    to  gain    savings  after  negotiation  with  suppliers  ；

3.  Follow  the  contracts  and  payments  from  GSO；

4.  Supervise  the  suppliers  to  delivery  goods  and  provide  the  invoices  on  time;  

5.  Collect  payment  documents  to  Finance  dept.  after  goods  and  invoices  are  OK;

6.  Develop  new  suppliers  and  update  the  information  of  the  existing  suppliers，regularly  review  and  audit

7.  Back  up  responsibility  for  other  buyer  in  the  team

        任职资格和要求  Qualifications  and  Requirements    

1.  Bachelor  Degree;

2.  5  years  work  experience  in  related  field;  

3.  Strong  administrative  skills;

4.  Knowledge  of  purchasing  processes,  negotiating  competence  as  well  as  high  quality  awareness;

5.  Good  communication  skills  especailly  in  the  international/intercultural  context;

6.  Be  familiar  with  SAP  ;

7.  Good  knowlegde  of  the  contract  law;

8.  Good  English  spoken  and  writen.
