职位描述
1指导生产过程中的质量控制和相关问题（汽车冲压和焊接）Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
2全面分析问题，提出改进和预防措施并紧跟团队
Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
3对生产过程中出现的缺陷和顾客抱怨的问题提出持续改进措施，并按计划实施
Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement plan and action implemented.
4收集和分析相关质量数据（SAP 等），协助高级质量工程师进行相关工作
Collect and analyze the related quality data, record and report, support senior quality engineers for the related work.
5和车间领导和制造工程师一起进行进行过程审核，分析潜在问题并及时更新控制计划
Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
6 协助质量主管完成相关职责
Assist the quality Supervisor , as appropriate, in the delivery of their responsibilities
7完成领导安排的其他工作
The other work raised by leader.
任职资格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements
1. 3 years of supervision experience, or minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising in an automotive component manufacturing environment.
2. Automotive sheet metal component experience strongly desired.
3. Have worked in a manufacturing environment based on teamwork.
4. Certified Quality Auditor.
5. Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary teams
6. Fast respond and problem solving
7. Good analytical ability & communication skills
8. Additional Knowledge of quality management systems, Quality tools, six sigma etc.
9. Quality control techniques Core tools (SPC, MSA, AMEF, PC, APQP y PPAP)
10. Fast respond and problem solving
